At present, there are ordinary employees who are temporary workers, earning more than 2,000 yuan a month, because they are all junior college students. There are several graduate students whose salary is only 4,000 yuan per month, and the provident fund is extremely low, about 400 yuan.

Fourth, reform the shortage of magazine editors and prepare to introduce several editors in recent years. This news is good news, but on the other hand, you will have to consider why there is such a shortage of people and why no one wants to stay in Reform magazine. All the items listed above can be listed as reasons. But personally, I think the biggest problem of magazine reform is Shimizu yamen, who wants to continue to die. As a result, leaders robbed employees of their jobs-leaders who held meetings, selected manuscripts and planned were also leaders, which meant that employees had little room for promotion and could only be manipulated like puppets. At present, magazines have lost a lot of talents.

Fifth, there is no angry working atmosphere. If you are not from Chongqing, be careful. Employees complain about low wages all day and keep a straight face. Leaders train employees like dogs all day. Who else will go to such a unit?
