Procedures required to build a concrete mixing station:

Legal basis: Article 4 of the Management System of Concrete Mixing Station.

The quality of raw materials must meet the requirements of current standards, norms and regulations. The project must accept quality certification materials in batches and reject raw materials with incomplete quality certification materials. After the raw materials enter the site, they must be sampled and inspected in batches in accordance with the Technical Regulations for the Production of Ready-mixed Commercial Concrete, and the principle of "inspection before use" should be adhered to. Unqualified raw materials shall not be used. The project should implement classified management for the materials entering the site.

Projects and raw material production and supply units must take samples and seal samples when materials enter the site, and the number of sealed samples should meet the testing needs. The seal shall indicate the name of the manufacturer, sample number, sample variety, specification, production date, batch number, representative number and sealing date. The project shall select qualified suppliers with corresponding qualifications according to the quality control requirements, and shall not purchase raw materials without a license.
