What are the processes of concrete mixing station?

Procedures required to build a concrete mixing station:

1, determine the site and go through the relevant land use procedures;

2, to the national development and Reform Commission for the record, declare the location and scale of the mixing station;

3. Go to the Environmental Protection Bureau for environmental assessment;

4, to the provincial bureau of quality and technical supervision for metrological certification procedures;

5. Go to the administrative department for industry and commerce to apply for the company's business license. Relevant application forms, articles of association and model resolutions of shareholders' meeting can be obtained from the State Administration for Industry and Commerce in advance;

6. Purchasing and testing of concrete mixing station equipment, as well as the planning of laboratory site and the recruitment and configuration of laboratory personnel;

7. Apply for laboratory qualification and enterprise qualification. The qualification certificate of construction enterprise and the qualification of concrete professional laboratory shall be handled by the Ministry of Construction;

8. Go through the relevant tax registration formalities at the Industrial and Commercial Taxation Bureau.

Legal basis: Article 4 of the Management System of Concrete Mixing Station.

The quality of raw materials must meet the requirements of current standards, norms and regulations. The project must accept quality certification materials in batches and reject raw materials with incomplete quality certification materials. After the raw materials enter the site, they must be sampled and inspected in batches in accordance with the Technical Regulations for the Production of Ready-mixed Commercial Concrete, and the principle of "inspection before use" should be adhered to. Unqualified raw materials shall not be used. The project should implement classified management for the materials entering the site.

Projects and raw material production and supply units must take samples and seal samples when materials enter the site, and the number of sealed samples should meet the testing needs. The seal shall indicate the name of the manufacturer, sample number, sample variety, specification, production date, batch number, representative number and sealing date. The project shall select qualified suppliers with corresponding qualifications according to the quality control requirements, and shall not purchase raw materials without a license.
