Generally speaking, the factory will print a batch of orders with the same quantity, paper and technology on a plate, print them on a large scale, and then cut them after the finished products come out, so that a plate can print multiple orders.

Printing price is not only related to paper and technology, but also related to the cost of plate making. Because the cost of plate making accounts for a relatively high proportion in printing, the cost of single printing will be too high for leaflet printing with too few batches, while imposition printing can be printed in batches and on a large scale, and the printing cost can be shared among multiple orders, thus reducing the cost of plate making and printing. The price of imposition printing is generally lower than that of special edition printing 100%-250%.

However, because a variety of products are printed on the plate together, the printer can only put ink according to the layout, and will not mix and match ink for each product separately, so there is no way to take into account every production detail. The range of color difference error is about 10%, and there may be an error within 3mm when cutting. For customers whose color requirements are not very strict, you can choose imposition printing, which is more affordable.
