Historical celebrities in Lvsigang Town

Peng Dayi (1552- 1643), a famous scholar in Ming Dynasty, was born in Silu. The word cloud house, crane. During the Jiajing period of the Ming Dynasty, he was the judge of Wuzhou. Resigned in his later years and returned to his hometown. He is the author of 240 volumes of large-scale works "Mountain Hall Examination". During the Qianlong period of the Qing Dynasty, this book was included in Siku Quanshu.

Li Yunhui (1823- 1900), a famous person in Qing Dynasty, was named Lu. Zi Cao Tang is knowledgeable and broad-minded. Fan, a famous person in the late Qing Dynasty, is known as "the heart of Li Bai and Du Fu". In his later years, he saw through his official career, resigned and retired, founded an academy in the countryside, dredged the river and benefited the village. He died in 1900, and was named "Dr. Zhong Xian" by the imperial court posthumous title.
