There are 320 full-time teachers in the school, with the qualification rate of 100%, 9 graduate students, 45 in-service graduate students, full-time senior professional title of 1 person, 99 senior professional titles of 127 intermediate professional titles.

The school attaches great importance to the construction of teachers' team and earnestly implements the "three projects" of school-based training for teachers. Young teachers have grown rapidly, and the group of famous teachers has begun to take shape. Special-grade teacher 1 person, 4 provincial "100 million talents project" training targets, 9 provincial backbone teachers, 4 outstanding teachers in South Guangdong and 56 municipal backbone teachers.

From 2000 to 2009, our school recruited a group of teachers from Hunan, Hubei, Yunnan, Sichuan, Guangxi and other provinces, with a total of 57 teachers. Teachers from other provinces have added fresh blood and injected new vitality into our school, and some have become the backbone teachers of our school.
