The test lasted for 90 days from the northwest with complex climate and harsh natural environment to the hot and humid island, and the cumulative limit test mileage was nearly100000 km, which fully verified the vehicle quality and environmental adaptability of Du Xuan, Yi Kai in extreme environment.

As we all know, Dachaidan is dominated by hot and dry climate, which is undoubtedly the "natural training ground" for automobiles. During the high temperature test in Dachaidan, Du Xuan has to face not only the "double high temperature" of environmental temperature and surface temperature, but also the multiple tests of large temperature difference between day and night and gravel road conditions. In such a harsh natural environment, the high-temperature soaking car in Du Xuan started normally, and the engine cooling performance was excellent and the air conditioning cooling comfort was good, which fully proved that Du Xuan could still bring quality travel experience even in extreme environment. Taking advantage of the natural dust environment in Dachaidan, Du Xuan has carried out strict vehicle sealing performance test. During the test, the dust was flying and the air in the cockpit was fresh, which fully verified its excellent sealing performance and air purification performance.

From Dachaidan to Golmud, the environment changed from high temperature to high altitude plateau experiment. In this environment, vehicles are prone to problems such as starting difficulties and lack of power. At this time, Du Xuan's extreme adaptability is another test. However, in the experiment, at an altitude of 4,500 meters and the ground is 60% hypoxic, the ignition is started for 0.64s s continuously. In addition, thanks to the 1.5T Chery Kunpeng power engine, the peak torque can reach 230 N m. Even in the plateau hypoxic environment, Du Xuan can be on the 17% ramp. Moreover, the Du Xuan suspension adopts the multi-link combination of front McPherson and rear suspension, which can effectively filter the vibration caused by the gravel road in the plateau environment and show excellent handling even when driving on the rugged road in the plateau.

When Du Xuan came to Hainan Island with high temperature and humidity from the northwest of the plateau, he had to face a high-humidity natural environment with a maximum temperature of 38℃ and a humidity of 86%. In such a hot and humid climate, Du Xuan has completed the hot zone tests under different road conditions, such as cities, suburbs, expressway and mountainous areas, and has performed well in corrosion resistance, high-temperature exposure, odor and environmental adaptability in high-humidity areas. In the corrosion resistance test of the whole vehicle, the test team left Du Xuan in the open air in a humid and hot environment above 30℃ for several days. There was no abnormality in the body chassis, paint surface and electronic components, and the corrosion resistance of the whole vehicle was good.

From Dachaidan in high temperature, Golmud in plateau, and Hainan Island in high humidity, Du Xuan, Yi Kai has passed extremely fine and rigorous tests, and successfully completed the high humidity extreme environment test in high temperature, plateau and tropical hot and humid weather, which fully proves the strength of Du Xuan's hard core products, its responsibility to users and its pursuit of ingenious quality.
