How do Hong Kong and Macao workers apply for the exam?

1. The employer in Macao may appoint or entrust a labor service company with the right to operate labor services in Macao to recruit in the Mainland (the recruiter shall sign a recruitment contract).

2. The labor service company will report the relevant information (such as photos and copies of ID cards) of the applicants to the Macao Entry-Exit Affairs Bureau for examination and approval.

3. After approval, the employer will report the information of the personnel going to Australia to the non-local labor department of the Macao Bureau of Labor and Employment, and apply for importing foreign workers.

4. The employer signs a contract with the labor service company with the approval documents and contracts, and the labor service company reports to the Foreign Economic Cooperation Department of the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation in Beijing for approval to export to Australia.

Five, the labor service personnel to Australia within ten days to choose the required information to handle the relevant permits at the location of the account.

6. The service personnel going to Australia will return the application materials and fees (including service deposit and application fee) to the service company, and the service company will apply to the Exchange Department of the State Council Hong Kong and Macao Affairs Office for a pass to Hong Kong and Macao. Seven, after the issuance of the pass, the labor service company will arrange time for training and exit.

Eight, after arriving in Australia, led by the employer or by myself to the Macao Entry-Exit Administration for non-local work permit (commonly known as "blue card") procedures before working.
