Economic Industry in Huaibei Economic Development Zone

Huaibei Economic and Technological Development Zone is a provincial-level development zone approved by Anhui Provincial People's Government 1996. Located in Huaibei City, Anhui Province, it consists of Xincheng Comprehensive Zone and Longhu Industrial Project Zone. Since the establishment of the Development Zone, a total of 65 projects have been introduced, with a contractual investment of 6.293 billion yuan, actually utilized funds of 265.438+75 billion yuan, fixed assets investment of 2.72 billion yuan, and regional GDP of 654.38+72.8 million yuan. In 2006, 33 investment projects were signed in the whole region, with a total contracted investment of 2.42 billion yuan and actually paid-in funds of 654.38+0.70 billion yuan, up by 65.438+0. 1.6% and 65.438+0.27% respectively. After years of construction and development, the New Town Comprehensive Zone has become the political, economic, cultural and commercial center of our city. In September, 2004, Longhu Industrial Project Area started construction. The project area is located in the east of Huaibei City, with a total planned area of 33 square kilometers. It is an important base for developing high-tech industries and modern processing and manufacturing industries. This area is rich in land resources and has obvious location advantages. It is about 9 kilometers away from Xincheng and 10 kilometers away from the entrance of Jingfu Expressway and Lianhuo Expressway. The infrastructure construction of 8 square kilometers in the first phase of the project area is accelerating. All 30 60,000 ㎡ standardized factories have been completed, 8 24km roads in the park have been completed, and the "seven connections and one leveling" infrastructure such as water supply, power supply and communication in the park has been initially completed, which can meet the needs of enterprises entering the park and has attracted 47 enterprises to settle in.

In order to vigorously implement the strategy of strengthening the city by industry and attract and undertake more foreign enterprises to enter the zone for development, Longhu Industrial Project Zone was established in September 2004.

Longhu Industrial Project Area is located in the east of Huaibei City, with a planned area of 33 square kilometers. It is an important base for developing high-tech industries and modern processing and manufacturing industries. Longhu Industrial Project Area is rich in land resources, about 9 kilometers away from the main city, 0/0 kilometers away from the entrance of Jingfu Expressway and Lianhuo Expressway, and within 0/6 square kilometers of the project area, roads, water supply, power supply, communication and other basic supporting facilities are complete, giving priority to the development of machinery and electronics, biomedicine, fine chemicals, textiles and garments, packaging and printing and related supporting industries.
