Does the recruitment of personnel agents look at personal political background? Is there a political review for the unedited works?

Generally speaking, the political review that may be encountered in recruitment is different from the political review in a strict sense. It mainly requires a certificate of no criminal record (issued by a special department of the Public Security Bureau) and a family planning certificate. I haven't heard of it in other ways. It has nothing to do with the establishment, but mainly depends on the requirements of the unit. Some government departments, banks and other formal units will have stricter requirements.
