First, in strict accordance with the special post teachers to participate in endowment insurance. Special post teachers should participate in enterprise employee pension insurance during their employment; Those who have gone through formal employment procedures during the employment period should participate in the endowment insurance for enterprise employees during the employment period before employment. After 20 14, 10, 1, the special post teachers who have gone through the formal insurance procedures will participate in the endowment insurance of institutions from the date of insurance. After 20 14, 10, 1, if the special post teachers participate in the endowment insurance of government agencies and institutions, the corresponding pension insurance relationship and occupational annuity relationship shall be terminated, and the paid basic pension insurance premium and occupational annuity shall be paid back. Among them, the basic old-age insurance individual payment principal and interest and unit payment are all refunded; The personal payment principal and interest of the occupational annuity and the paid principal and interest of the unit are all refunded, and the false account of the personal account is no longer recorded. Re-participate in the endowment insurance for enterprise employees in the corresponding period after retirement, and do not charge late fees.

Two, properly handle the problem of special post teachers during the insured period. The special post teachers recruited since the implementation of the special post teacher plan in our province should participate in the endowment insurance for enterprise employees during the employment period but did not participate. After the expiration of employment, they can pay the basic old-age insurance premium for enterprise employees in the corresponding period upon the application of the school or the local education department and provide relevant certification materials, and collect late fees according to laws and regulations. Among them, if the basic old-age insurance premium is paid in one lump sum for more than 3 years (inclusive), relevant documents with legal effect issued by the people's court, audit department, labor insurance supervision department or labor dispute arbitration committee to prove the existence of labor relations during the one-time payment shall be provided.

Third, strict work discipline. Endowment insurance has a strong nature and high social concern. All localities should do a good job in relevant work in strict accordance with it, and must not speak without authorization to avoid group comparison and regional comparison. Teachers with special posts should be included in areas where the endowment insurance of government agencies and institutions does not comply with the relevant laws and regulations. Before the end of February, June 5438+2022, they should complete the work of cleaning up the insured relationship and repaying the expenses as required. The Municipal People's Social Security Bureau and the Education Bureau will report the situation in writing to the Provincial People's Social Security Department and the Education Department before the end of June 5438+2023 10. As the competent department of special post teachers, local education departments should conscientiously do a good job in publicity and explanation, strengthen supervision over special post teachers, and grasp relevant information in time.

This notice shall come into force on May 20, 2022 and shall be valid for 5 years.
