Requirements for handling Chongqing road transport permit

Legal analysis: (1) Having transport vehicles suitable for its business and passing the inspection;

Legal basis: Article 6 of Regulations on Road Freight Transportation and Station Management. To apply for road freight transport, the applicant shall meet the following conditions:

(1) Having transport vehicles that are suitable for its business and have passed the inspection;

1. The technical requirements of vehicles shall comply with the relevant provisions of the Regulations on Technical Management of Road Transport Vehicles.

2. Other vehicle requirements:

(1) Those who are engaged in the transportation of large items should have super-heavy trucks suitable for the transportation of large items;

(2) Engaged in special transportation such as refrigeration, storage and tank containers. Having special containers, equipment and facilities suitable for transporting goods and fixed on special vehicles;

(3) When the container is transported, the vehicle should also have a locking device to fix the container.

(two) there are drivers who meet the prescribed conditions:

1. Obtain a motor vehicle driver's license corresponding to driving the vehicle;

2. The age is not more than 60 years old;

3. The municipal road transport management institution with districts has passed the examination of laws and regulations on road freight transport, motor vehicle maintenance and basic knowledge of goods and loading and storage, and obtained the qualification certificate (except for drivers who use ordinary freight vehicles with a total mass of 4,500 kg or less).
