What is the responsibility of the foundry?

The staff engaged include: (1) preparation and processing of molding sand and other process materials; (2) drying and sieving the molding sand, making a mold, and drying the mold; (3) smelting metal with a smelting furnace and casting; (4) using equipment or tools to clean and repair castings; (5) Maintenance of metal melting furnace and casting machinery and equipment, and repair of common defects during use; (6) Maintenance of equipment and process equipment, and troubleshooting of common faults during use.

Casting, smelting and chemical industry, sand casting, sand drying, cleaning, instrument die casting, permanent magnet molding, nonferrous metal casting, bearing bimetallic strip casting, molding and special casting.
