China People's Liberation Army No.91Central Hospital is located in Jiaozuo City, Henan Province. Civilian personnel refer to non-active personnel who are employed to work in the army in accordance with regulations and perform the corresponding duties of similar positions of active military officers (civilian cadres). Fourth, wages and social security.

1. Civilian personnel enjoy the political treatment stipulated in the Regulations of the People's Liberation Army on Civilian Personnel during their term of office.

2. The basic salary is determined with reference to the standards of similar personnel in local institutions, and adjusted in a timely manner according to the level of social and economic development and the relevant provisions of the state and the army. Enjoy housing provident fund, pension, unemployment and other related social insurance, enjoy the basic salary 15% military service allowance. The bonus will be calculated separately according to the situation of the hospital.

3. Personnel agency shall be implemented in the personnel relations of civilian personnel, and personnel files shall be transferred to the talent service center.
