What is the level of IELTS 7.0?

IELTS 7.0 is equivalent to TOEFL 94- 10 1, which is a good level.

IELTS score of 7.0 or TOEFL score of 90 or above can be applied to most famous foreign universities, and each school has different requirements for language scores.
