1. Basic conditions for applying for doctoral students through ordinary recruitment

2. Those who have obtained a master's degree; fresh master's graduates (must obtain a master's diploma and degree certificate at the latest before admission); those who have obtained a bachelor's degree for more than 6 years (including 6 years, starting from the bachelor's degree) Those who have the same academic qualifications as master's degree graduates (from the date of degree to the date of admission to doctoral students).

3. The physical and mental health conditions comply with the regulations of our school.

4. Have written recommendations from at least two professors (or experts with equivalent professional and technical titles) in the field of study you are applying for.

5. Scientific research achievements and other academic conditions must meet the specific requirements of the applied subject (major). For details, please log on to the website of the college (center, institute) where the applied subject (major) is located.

6. Applicants with equivalent academic qualifications as master's degree graduates must have intermediate technical titles or above, and have published two papers (first author) in high-level journals in the subject or similar research field they are applying for. .

7. Majors that indicate “not recruiting candidates with equivalent academic qualifications” in the remarks column of Shanxi University’s 2021 doctoral enrollment major catalog will not accept registration from candidates with equivalent academic qualifications.

8. In-service personnel can study full-time after being admitted as doctoral students in our school.

9. Applications for doctoral candidates by active military personnel shall be handled in accordance with the relevant regulations of the General Political Department of the People's Liberation Army.
