How much is the talent subsidy for fresh graduates in Chengdu?
If the employing unit recruits graduates and signs a labor contract of 1 year or more, and has participated in social insurance for three months, it will give a one-time employment subsidy according to the standard of 1 10,000 yuan/person.
What is the subsidy standard?
(a) with a bachelor's degree in general higher education, can enjoy a one-time living allowance 1 10,000 yuan/person;
(two) with a master's degree in general higher education, enjoy a living allowance of 30 thousand yuan/person during work, divided into two years;
(3) Persons with doctoral degrees in ordinary institutions of higher learning shall enjoy a living allowance of 654.38+10,000 yuan per person during their employment, which shall be distributed equally in two years;
(4) Those who have a college degree or above in general higher education and have obtained a certificate of professional qualification (or skill level) of technician (Grade II) during their school years will enjoy a living allowance of 30,000 yuan/person during their employment, which will be distributed equally in two years;
(5) Those who have a college degree or above in general higher education and have obtained the professional qualification (or skill level) certificate of senior technician (level 1) during their school days will enjoy a living allowance of 65,438+10,000 yuan/person, which will be distributed equally in two years.
A certain amount of social insurance subsidies will be given to the social insurance premiums paid by college graduates who have not been employed within 2 years after leaving school. In principle, the subsidy standard shall not exceed 2/3 of the actual payment, and the maximum subsidy period shall not exceed 2 years.
