1. The applicant holds his/her resident ID card (household registration book and other valid identification certificates) and recent bareheaded photos that meet the requirements, and goes to the local police station to register;

3. The Municipal Public Security Bureau will uniformly transmit the uploaded information and data to the designated certification manufacturer to complete the production of the residence permit;
