Metropolitan area should mobilize all positive factors.

Of course, in addition to focusing on manufacturing, some leisure residential areas and tourist resorts can be developed along the Weihe River and Fenghe River, especially the triangle where Feng and Wei meet, but it is not suitable for focusing on real estate development.

When talking about the changes brought about by the economic integration of Anyang and Xianyang to the real estate development of the two cities, Wang Sheng's theory can be summarized in eight words, that is, "great influence and many benefits". First of all, integration has expanded the space for Xi 'an real estate development. At present, due to various conditions, there is not much land available for real estate development in the urban area of Xi, and the land price has risen too fast, resulting in an excessive increase in housing prices. Therefore, the economic integration of Xi 'an and Xianyang will provide developers with great choice space, because the land price there is much lower than Xi 'an at present. Secondly, it also provides a new choice for Xi people, especially the residents in the western suburbs adjacent to Xianyang. It is understood that at present, the prices of all kinds of houses and office buildings in Xianyang are about 1000 yuan lower than those in Xi. Third, the merger of Xianyang and Xi 'an is most beneficial to Xianyang people. First of all, the transportation is convenient. The people of Xianyang, who are about to pass the second and third phases of Metro Line 1, are all rejoicing and looking forward to the early opening of the subway. Xianyang people can take the subway directly to Xi 'an. In addition to transportation, education, medical care and finance have greatly facilitated Xianyang people. In a word, it is only a matter of time before Xianyang and Xi 'an merge. As long as it is conducive to the development of Xianyang people, as long as it is conducive to the future prosperity of Xianyang, as long as it is conducive to Xi' an, it is a good thing and a practical thing, and the people will applaud!
