2. Introduction to the Recruitment Unit
The School of Economics was renamed and established in August 2002 from the former Department of Economics. It currently has the right to confer doctoral degrees in the first-level discipline of theoretical economics, and has the right to confer doctoral and master's degrees in five second-level disciplines: industrial economics, labor economics, Western economics, history of economic thought and economic history, and has a bachelor's degree in economics. Granting authority, among which the industrial economics discipline is a national key discipline. There are currently 29 full-time teachers, including 7 doctoral supervisors, 14 professors and 7 associate professors.
The School of Humanities was established in December 2006. In April 2011, the school established the School of Marxism with some disciplines from the School of Humanities as the main force. The School of Humanities and the School of Journalism and Communication are co-located. In order to further improve the construction level of humanities in our school and effectively strengthen the humanistic quality education of students, the school plans to reorganize the School of Humanities. The new School of Humanities will take high-level humanities and social science teaching and scientific research as its main functions, establish disciplines and majors that meet social needs in a timely manner, and cultivate professional talents.
The Research Center for Industrial Organization and Enterprise Organization is an independent scientific research institution of the school. It is also a key research base for humanities and social sciences of the Ministry of Education and a key research base for humanities and social sciences of Liaoning Province. It is based on the construction of national key disciplines of industrial economics. Doctoral students are recruited in three majors: industrial economics, industrial organization, and regulatory economics. It has five research institutions including Industrial Organization Research Office, Enterprise Organization Research Office, Regulatory Policy Research Office, Competition Policy Research Office, and Industrial Policy Research Office. There are currently 19 full-time scientific researchers, including 1 doctoral supervisor, 3 professors, 6 associate professors, and 8 part-time scientific researchers.
3. Job Responsibilities
1. Implement the Party’s education policy and implement the resolutions and work arrangements of the school Party Committee Standing Committee and the Principal’s Office Meeting;
2. Comprehensively preside over the teaching, scientific research, discipline construction and administrative management of the college (center), and improve the internal management system;
3. Formulate and implement the medium and long-term development plan of the college (center), and strive to strengthen Discipline construction and significantly enhance the comprehensive strength of the college (center);
4. Vigorously introduce and cultivate all kinds of talents and build a high-level teaching staff;
5. Carry out academic research and Scientific research and innovation, actively undertake major scientific research projects at the provincial and ministerial levels, and significantly improve the scientific research level and quality of the college (center);
6. Cultivate high-level, application-oriented talents with innovative capabilities;
7. Implement the internationalization strategy, strengthen international cooperation and exchanges, and enhance the international influence of the discipline.
4. Application Requirements

4. Possess a doctoral degree in a relevant major, professor at a well-known domestic university or equivalent position, among which overseas applicants should have associate professor (inclusive) or above positions;
5. In good health, the age should generally be within 55 years old (the age may be relaxed appropriately for particularly outstanding candidates).
5. Recruitment Procedure
1. Registration. The registration period starts from the date of this announcement and ends on August 15, 2014. Registration materials shall be sent to the Organization Department of Dongbei University of Finance and Economics by mail or email.

2. Selection. On the basis of the qualification review, the school forms a selection team to evaluate and select the applicants' quality and ability to perform job responsibilities, as well as their academic ability and academic level. Determine candidates for interview and defense based on the comprehensive evaluation results.
3. Interview defense. The school formed an interview defense team and conducted the interview defense in September 2014. It mainly tested the candidate's matching degree with the position in terms of leadership ability and competency characteristics.
4. Organize inspections. In accordance with relevant regulations, a comprehensive inspection will be carried out on the ethics, ability, diligence, performance, integrity and other aspects of the inspection objects, and relevant issues will be communicated and negotiated with the units where the off-campus inspection objects are located.
5. Decide on candidates for office. The school party committee will discuss and decide on the proposed candidates and make a public announcement. If no problems affecting the appointment are found after the announcement, the relevant appointment procedures will be handled.

7. Probation period
