First, the recruitment target and scope:

In 2008, non-commissioned officers were recruited from higher vocational colleges, and their age was no more than 24 years old, and their majors met the needs of the army (the graduation professional code was the same as the military recruitment professional code, and at least the first four codes must be the same). The political and physical conditions of recruits shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions on the recruitment of conscripts. The recruitment target should obtain a diploma recognized by the state, and the professional who has carried out vocational skill appraisal should also obtain a vocational qualification certificate issued by the state. Our school enrolls students this year with the following majors: mechanical design and manufacturing (580 10 1), mechatronics (58020 1), applied electronic technology (590202), computer application technology (590 1065438) and computer network technology. Software technology (590 108), numerical control technology 580 103, computer control technology 580205, automobile 580405, mold design and manufacturing 580 106.

Second, the recruitment conditions:

(1) The political conditions are in line with the Regulations 10 promulgated by the Ministry of Public Security, the General Staff Department and the General Political Department on June 9, 2004 and relevant regulations. The physical condition shall conform to the Physical Examination Standard for Applicants and related regulations promulgated by the Ministry of National Defense on September 1 2003. The recruitment target should obtain a diploma recognized by the state, and the professional who has carried out vocational skill appraisal should also obtain a vocational qualification certificate issued by the state. Under the same conditions, priority will be given to party member, student cadres, outstanding graduates, graduates who have volunteered, served in active service and made outstanding achievements in academic and scientific research.

(2) Male height1.62m; The weight shall not exceed 20% of the standard weight and shall not be less than15% of the standard weight [standard weight = (height-110) kg]; The right eye vision is not less than 4.6, the left eye vision is not less than 4.5, and there are no chronic diseases, infectious diseases and genetic diseases, and they are in good health.

Third, the treatment of recruiting non-commissioned officers.

(a) approved the recruitment of non-commissioned officers, the county conscription office issued a "notice of enlistment of citizens", and notify the household registration authority where their permanent residence is located to cancel the accounts of citizens eligible for enlistment and enjoy the treatment of military families.

(2) Non-commissioned officers directly recruited from fresh graduates of ordinary colleges and universities shall uniformly implement the monthly allowance standard for newly enlisted soldiers during military training. The corresponding salary standard for non-commissioned officers shall be implemented from the month when the post order of non-commissioned officers is issued. The starting point of the rank and grade of noncommissioned officers appointed for the first time is Grade I and Grade IV, and the salary standard is 1400 yuan/month.

(3) Basic salary, allowance, pension, living allowance, poor food and stove fees, heatstroke prevention and cooling fees, incentive fees for parents of the only child, and other benefits such as visiting relatives, insurance, household, medical care and capital increase. During the period of active service, it shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant regulations of the State Council, the Central Military Commission and the headquarters.

(4) Retirement and resettlement of recruited non-commissioned officers. Recruits and non-commissioned officers discharged from active service after the expiration of the third period of service shall be placed. Those who meet the conditions for changing jobs and retire from active service through changing jobs shall be resettled in the districts and counties where their permanent residence is located before entering school. It can also be placed by the district or county people's government whose parents, spouses or spouses' parents have permanent residence. Those who meet the conditions for changing jobs and retiring from the army shall be received by the district or county people's government where their parents, spouses or spouse's parents have permanent residence before entering school; Those who retired from active service through demobilization before the expiration of the third term of service shall be accepted by the district or county people's government where their permanent residence is located before entering school; Those who cannot be discharged from active service due to other reasons, such as changing jobs, demobilization and retirement, shall be accepted by the district or county people's government where their permanent residence is located before entering school; Those who meet the retirement conditions shall be resettled and retired in accordance with relevant regulations.
