What does a core repairman do in a board factory?

1, according to the work arrangement, accurately prepare the core material, correctly operate and use the relevant equipment and tools in the core trimming process, and complete the core trimming production task according to the core production process regulations;

2. Fill in the original records of core repair in time and truthfully;

3. Timely report the problems and emergencies in the production process to the superior;

4. Carry out daily production activities and participate in relevant training as required;

5. Report the hidden dangers found in the production process on the basis of correct analysis and judgment;

6. Carry out necessary daily maintenance of the equipment, report to the superior in time when problems are found, and ensure the normal operation of the equipment;

7. Take care of production tools and measuring instruments;

8. Articles should be put in place, cleaned and rectified daily, and the production environment should be kept clean and orderly.

9. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

Requirements:

1, no occupational history and occupational contraindications (alumina powder, dust, noise, according to work needs);

2, understand the professional knowledge and operating procedures;

3. Have good learning and observation skills, and be able to lead and coordinate actions;

4. Those with intermediate or above skill level qualification and employment certificate (core repairman) are preferred.
