1. Prepare the preliminary project plan and budget estimate according to Party A’s requirements;

2. Responsible for Prepare a detailed bill of quantities according to the project budget or procurement requirements;

3. Review the technical part of the bidding documents for HVAC and other projects;

4. Coordinate the construction unit and supervision unit to deal with on-site problems ;

5. Responsible for the acceptance work such as concealed acceptance, sub-item acceptance and completion acceptance of the project;

6. Complete other design and project cost budget work assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

2. More than 1 year of relevant work experience ,;

3. Proficient in using computer software systems such as Office, Auto, and CAD;
