There are three or four people in the dormitory. It is common for everyone to generate 8 kwh of electricity and 4 tons of water a month. Basically, no one in a dormitory has to pay about 40 yuan a month for utilities. There are two buildings, one of which was originally used by international students. Now all the international students have gone out. Accommodation 1500 is not cost-effective.
