According to the data, the fourth personal topic "Research on Experiential Writing Stimulating Students' Writing Interest" was set up in the district, and my thesis "Experiential Writing and Experiencing Happiness" won the third prize in Nanjing Paper Appraisal.

As a backbone teacher, I know that my work is not perfect enough. I will continue to push myself in my future work so that I can get deeper improvement and development in education and teaching.
