How do state-owned enterprises recruit people?

State-owned enterprises generally recruit people through school recruitment, social recruitment and internal recruitment.

The first type: campus recruitment

The vast majority of state-owned enterprises' talent recruitment and reserve start from colleges and universities, which means that we usually see some campus recruitment. Of course, not every university's campus recruitment will involve state-owned enterprises. State-owned enterprises generally attend key universities or graduate job fairs, and also recruit some high-quality and highly educated talents. Therefore, many people, including many college students, rarely come into contact with the recruitment information of state-owned enterprises.

The second type: social recruitment

Of course, state-owned enterprises, like most private enterprises, will also conduct social recruitment, but the proportion in the whole recruitment task may be only 10%, and the recruitment threshold is relatively high, such as graduate students, doctors, or professionals with special skills.

The third type: internal recommendation

Internal recommendation is also one of the recruitment methods of state-owned enterprises, and the recruitment information is basically not published, which is difficult for us to access.

There are two main forms of internal recommendation. One is to make a series of decisions after receiving internal information, turn some people into regular employees, and then push others to state-owned enterprises, not regular employees for the time being. Second, through the recommendation of a third party, you may find some headhunting institutions or individuals, including internal employees, to help you find some professionals, and then give corresponding recommendation rewards and returns.
