General overview

Yinchuan-Kunming Expressway, referred to as Yin Kun Expressway for short, is an expressway that the former G85 National Highway extends northward to Yinchuan. The number of the new Yin Kun Expressway in the national expressway network of China is still G85. It starts in Yinchuan, Ningxia, passes through Zhongning, Guyuan, Pingliang, Baoji, Hanzhong, Bazhong, Nanchong, Guang 'an, Hechuan, Chongqing, Bishan, Yongchuan, Dazu, Rongchang, Neijiang, Zigong, Yibin and Zhaotong, and ends in Kunming, Yunnan.

Ningxia Section: It consists of Yinchuan Airport Expressway (He Lin Town to Sun Mountain) and Sun Mountain to Pengyang (Ninggan Street).

1. Yinchuan Airport Expressway (He Lin Town to Sun Mountain)

The line starts from the south side of Chaiquan intersection of Yin Qing Expressway (G20) and goes southwest along the existing Yinxi Expressway to Taiyangshan. Among them, Yinchuan Hedong International Airport will be rebuilt with four lanes in two directions, with a design speed of100 km/h. After the reconstruction, Hedong Airport Interchange and Comprehensive Bonded Zone Interchange will be set up, and the high-speed system will be smoothly connected with the internal roads of the airport and Binhe Avenue through ramps and connecting lines to realize the efficient operation of the comprehensive road traffic system in the project area.

Second, the Sun Mountain Development Zone to Pengyang (Ninggan Street) Section Project

The line passes through Taiyangshan Development Zone, Weizhou Town, Xiamaguan Town and Wang Yu Town in Tongxin County, Gancheng Town, Gao Tai Township, Zhaike Township, Luowa Town, Wangwa Town, Caomiao Township, Baoxian Township, Pengyang County and Honghe Township in Yuanzhou District of Guyuan City. The total length of the route is about 237 kilometers, which is built according to the standard of four-lane expressway, and the design speed is100 km/h.

The above-mentioned projects completed the preparation of environmental impact assessment report in August 2065438+2006, entered the stage of public participation and publicity, and will start construction one after another.

Gansu section: The line connects Ningxia section in Pancheng Village, Kongtong District, Pingliang City, passes through Sishilipu, Kangzhuang, Yaotou Town and Nanchuan Township of Huating County, passes through Baiyaliang Tunnel (Shaanxi-Gansu border) and connects to Huoshaozhaiqiao Village, Longxian County, Shaanxi Province.

The total length of the main line is 95.8 15km, of which the construction mileage in Gansu Province is 9 1.765km (from Pancheng to the south exit of Baiyaliang Tunnel) and that in Shaanxi Province is 4.05km (from the south exit of Baiyaliang Tunnel to Huoshaozhai). There are 23,467 m/69 extra large bridges and 265,438 medium bridges/KLOC-0. There are 8 small bridges173m/,49 culverts1and 267 tunnels15m/13 (calculated by double holes); There are 4 interchanges, namely Pingliang Hub Interchange, Shilipu Interchange, Huating East Interchange and Shenyu Interchange, with 7.38km of interchange connecting line, 265,438+00m/3 separated interchange, 58 passages and 2 overpasses. There are 1 expressway management office, 1 maintenance work area, 5 toll stations, 1 service area and 3 parking areas. The main line adopts the standard of two-way four-lane expressway, with the design speed of 80km/h, the overall subgrade width of 25.5m and the separated subgrade width of 2×12.75 m.

Project 2065438+July 2006 has entered the stage of land acquisition and demolition.

Shaanxi Section: Bao Han Expressway is one of the three north-south longitudinal lines in the "2637" expressway network planned and constructed in Shaanxi Province. The route starts from Daqiao Village, Huoshaozhai Town at the junction of Shaanxi and Gansu in Longxian County, Baoji City, and ends at Micang Mountain at the junction of Shaanxi and Sichuan in Hanzhong City. The planned mileage in the territory is about 400 kilometers, connecting three national expressways, namely Lianhuo, Shi Tian and Jingkun, from north to south, and connecting Longdong, western Guanzhong, western Shaanxi and eastern Sichuan, which has a very positive effect on alleviating the traffic pressure in the north-south direction and further strengthening the economic ties between Guanzhong and southern Shaanxi. Among them, the section from Gansu-Shaanxi boundary to Baoji City was completed and opened to traffic on October 8, 201year 10, and the section from Baoji City to Pingkan Town in Fengxian County was started on August 25, 20 16, with a construction period of 6 years and the section from Pingkan Town to Hanzhong City being 20 12.

From Baoji to Hanzhong

The line starts from Panjiawan Interchange in High-tech Zone, connects with the expressway from Longxian to Baoji and the Baoji transit line of Lianhuo Expressway, goes up to the southwest along the northern slope of Qinling, passes through Bayu Town, Maying Town, Shigu Town and Shennong Town in Weibin District of High-tech Zone, crosses Lijiahe and Shenshahe River, then turns south and crosses Qinling to Shaba Village in Hekou Town, Fengxian County. The total length of the line is 73 km 15.56 km. The whole line adopts the technical standard of two-way six-lane expressway, with a design speed of 80km/h and a subgrade width of 32 m. Panjiawan, Baoji South, Yanwan and Tianba interchanges. Traffic conversion is realized through Tianba Hub Interchange and Fengtai Expressway. Baoji South and Qinling two service areas, three tunnel rescue stations. There are 52 main bridges, 6 tunnels/kloc-0, and the bridge-tunnel ratio is 7 1.9%. 2. Pingkan-Hanzhong section of Fengxian County

This project starts about 8.5km north of Pingkan Town, Fengxian County, Baoji City, connects with Baoji-Pingkan section of Bao Han Expressway, goes south along Xihe River, passes through Pingkan Town and Shiziba to Jiangxi Camp of Jiangkou Town, Liuba County, then goes south along Baohe River, passes through Wuguanyi (Jiangwozi) and Madao Town to Qingqiaoyi Town, passes through Shimen extra-long tunnel, passes through Shimen Reservoir to Beimaping Temple in Heping Village, Hantai District, and passes through Niutoushan extra-long tunnel to Qingqiaoyi. Pingkan-Hanzhong (Shimen) Expressway is an important part of Yin Kun Expressway (G85) and Ding (Bian)-Han (Zhong) Line, one of the three north-south longitudinal lines in the expressway network planned and constructed in Shaanxi Province. The total length of the route is about 88. 172 km, the bridge-tunnel ratio is 85.87%, and the total investment of the project is147.89 million yuan. Pingkan, Jiangxi Camp, Madao, Liuba and Shimen interchanges have a design speed of 80 kilometers per hour and a subgrade width of 32 meters.

Micangshan section from Hanzhong to the junction of Sichuan and Shaanxi

Hanzhong-Shaanxi-Sichuan Expressway is an important part of Baojihan Expressway, with a total length of 53.768 kilometers, in which Hanzhong-Xishenba section was completed and opened to traffic in September 20 15, and Xishenba-Xiaoba section (Shaanxi-Sichuan boundary) is expected to be completed and opened to traffic in June 20 17. Hanzhong Shaanxi-Sichuan Expressway starts from Jinzhai Village, Baocheng Town, Mianxian County, connects with Pingkan-Hanzhong Expressway under construction, crosses Shi Tian Expressway, Yang 'an Railway, G 108 National Highway and Hanjiang River, passes through Liangshan, crosses Beijing-Kunming Expressway, passes through the west of Nanzheng County, Qingshu, Hongmiao and Xishenba, and ends at Xiaoba Village of Shaanxi-Sichuan Expressway and Miba Expressway in Sichuan Province under construction. The estimated investment of the project is 5010.80 billion yuan, including Shimen Hub (Ten-day Expressway) to Liangshan Hub (Jingkun Expressway) 18.5 1 km, and the construction standard is six-lane expressway; Liangshan hub is 35.257 kilometers to the end, and the construction standard is four-lane expressway. There are two hub interchanges, Shimen and Liangshan, and there are interchanges (including toll stations) in Hanzhong West, Nanzheng, Nanhu and Xishenba.

North Sichuan section: Bazhong-Taoyuan Expressway was opened to traffic on June 0, 1965, with 438+04,65,438+0; Taoyuan-Sichuan-Shaanxi border (inside the tunnel) is expected to open to traffic in 2065 and 438+08 due to the late construction period of Micangshan Tunnel. Bazhong to Guang 'an (Sichuan section) via Nanchong yingshan county has been opened to traffic.

Chongqing section: It consists of Chongqing-Guangzhou Expressway (Chongqing section of Chongqing-Guangzhou-Ba Expressway), G500 1 Chongqing Ring Expressway and Laog85 Chongqing-Kunming Expressway, and goes uphill (Yuchuanjie) in Rongchang District of Chongqing and enters Longchang County, Neijiang City, Sichuan Province. Except for the Chongqing-Guangzhou Expressway, which will be opened to traffic on 20 17, the rest can pass.

South Sichuan section: it passes through Longchang and Neijiang (Chongqing-Kunming Expressway) to the west, then passes through Zigong and Yibin (Neiyi Expressway) to the south, passes the Guankouhe Bridge in Yibin County, and enters Shuifu County, Yunnan Province. It has all been completed and opened to traffic.

Yunnan section: passing through Shuifu, Daguan, Maliuwan, Zhaotong, Tianba, Di Jiang, Che Yi, leye county, Heitu, Huize, Daibu, Gongshan and Yangjie, it is collinear with G56 Hangrui Expressway in Xiaojie Town of Kunming and ends in Kunming. Gongshan-Xiaojie Town (formerly Xiaojie-Gongshan section of Dai Song Expressway) was opened to traffic on February 8, 2003, and Huize-Daibu (formerly Huize-Daibu section of Zhaodai Expressway) was opened to traffic on June 65438+February 18, 2007, with water-rich Maliuwan (Shuima Expressway). Zhaotong-Huize (Zhao Hui Expressway) and Gongshan (Daigong Expressway) were opened to traffic on September 25th, and Maliuwan-Zhaotong (Ma Zhao Expressway) was opened to traffic on February 26th, 20th15th.
