Special post teachers are a special policy for rural compulsory education in the western region implemented by the central government. By openly recruiting college graduates to teach in rural schools below the "two basics" counties in the western region, college graduates are guided and encouraged to engage in rural compulsory education. Taking Xinjiang as an example, all applicants are required to take the "21 Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region Open Recruitment Professional Test for Primary and Secondary School Teachers" in different disciplines. Exam ***18 subjects, namely Chinese, Uygur, Kazakh, Chinese (pre-school bilingual), English, politics (ideological and moral character, mental health), history (local history of Xinjiang), geography, mathematics, physics, chemistry, biology, art, music, sports, information technology (computer, audio-visual education) and labor skills. Except Uyghur and Kazakh, all the papers in the above subjects are written in Chinese, and it is required to answer questions in Chinese. In addition to the professional test, applicants also need to add comprehensive knowledge and conduct it together with the professional test. Written test time: 15 minutes, out of 15. The professional test mainly understands the mastery and application degree of the candidates' professional knowledge of the proposed post, and the test focuses on the main knowledge and application ability in the current primary and secondary school textbooks. The comprehensive knowledge test mainly examines the candidates' understanding of current affairs, politics, national unity policies and education laws and regulations (see the test instructions for details, and visit Xinjiang Education Information Network for details). The comprehensive knowledge test requires Chinese answers. Those who fail to take the written test according to the discipline requirements of the recruitment position will have invalid written test results.

3. written test bonus points: volunteers who have participated in the western plan of college students' voluntary service in Xinjiang and passed the examination, those who have completed the service of "three supports and one support" in Xinjiang, outstanding internship teaching students in normal universities in our region, spouses of soldiers staying in Xinjiang, and local household registration candidates in counties (cities) of categories 5 and 6 (please provide relevant supporting materials when registering) will be checked by the prefectural education bureau and reported in electronic form. Those who fail to provide relevant certification materials as required will not receive extra points.

4. Time and place of written test

5. Qualified scores of written tests

Qualified scores of written professional tests and comprehensive knowledge tests are uniformly delineated by the Education Department of the autonomous region according to the overall situation of candidates' written tests, and will be announced together with the written test results.
