Epson LQ-520K can start automatic paper cutting as follows:

1. Turn on the printer and load the printing paper. Press the "item ↑" button and the "Feed/Return (Setup)" button at the same time until the printer beeps and starts printing.

2. Press the "Item ↓" button for three times.

3. Press the "Feed/Return (Set)" button again.

4. Press the "line feed/page feed (item =)" button and the "paper feed/paper return (setting)" button, and the printer will give a long sound to save the settings.
