The development history of Shenzhen Tangren Animation Film Co., Ltd.

In 2003, Mr. Hu Laiyou, the former chairman of Tangren Animation, and many of the original Tangren Animation creative teams established an animation department (studio) in Futian District, mainly engaged in the production of animated short films and animation image planning. At the same time, it also started to create the first original three-dimensional cartoon with independent intellectual property rights, "Han Bagui".

In July 2004, "Hanbagui" won the "Best Cartoon Image Design Award" from the Cartoon Art Committee of the China Television Association and the 3rd Dalian Cartoon Industry Forum. .

In August 2004, the former Shenzhen Tangren Animation Film Company was established.

In early 2006, Luohu Animation Base was established. The original Tangren Animation Company took the lead in settling in Luohu Animation Base to support the development of Luohu animation industry, becoming the first company to enter Luohu Animation Base. Under the leadership of Tangren Animation, other animation companies have also settled in the animation base, making Luohu Animation Base the core of the animation industry in Shenzhen.

In September 2006, due to performance development, Tangren Animation moved back to Futian District.

In November 2007, in the National Children's Program Excellence Competition established by the State Administration of Radio, Film and Television, the first part of "The Story of Han Bagui", "I Come from Another Star", won the second prize for Outstanding Domestic Cartoon.

At the end of 2007, the second part of "The Story of Han Bagui", "Saving the Prince", was completed.

In 2008, the trailer for the third part of "The Story of Han Bagui", "Legend of the Fantasy Land", was completed.

In September 2009, Tangren Animation merged with China Animation Technology Co., Ltd. to form the China Animation Production Division, a core member of China Animation Technology. In the same year, in order to develop the animation industry in Longgang District, Huaxia Animation Technology Co., Ltd. invested 150 million yuan to build the Huaxia Animation Industrial Park on Wulian Youyi Road, Longcheng Street, Longgang District.

In November 2009, the second part of "The Story of Han Bagui" "Saving the Prince" won the Guangdong Province "Five Ones" Project Excellence Award.

In May 2010, the Huaxia Animation Industrial Park was officially completed.

In March 2011, Huaxia Animation Production Division officially settled in Huaxia Animation Industrial Park.

The Universiade promotional cartoon "Magical UU" was launched in 2011. It was first broadcast on China Central Television in August 2011 and will be broadcast on contracted TV channels around the world.
