Automation majors can enter the State Grid.

State Grid organizes campus recruitment examinations every year, and the organizational form is the national unified examination. All fresh graduates who apply for the State Grid have equal opportunities.

In addition to the professional requirements, it is also required to apply for the 20 19 State Grid, and must be a fresh student of 20 19, as well as computer and English proficiency requirements. Those who meet the application conditions can apply online.

The written test includes comprehensive ability and professional knowledge. Comprehensive ability mainly includes speech comprehension, mathematical thinking, judgment and reasoning, data analysis and so on, accounting for about 35%. Professional knowledge mainly examines professional theoretical knowledge and professional skill knowledge that meet the requirements of the post, and is divided into seven categories: electrical engineering (master's degree), electrical engineering (undergraduate course), electrical engineering (specialist), computer, communication, finance and accounting, accounting for about 65%. The interview adopts structured interview or leaderless group discussion.
