1) Implement and improve the procurement plan:

ü lean activities of planning and establishing value stream

ü Standardized work and cycle time measurement

ü Shorten the project cycle time

④ Calculate the capacity and demand of the plan and production line.

ü Internal logistics:

Define and maintain raw materials, fibrinogen and fibrinogen supermarket.

Kanban system for raw materials and F/g goods.

④ improvement of quick replacement (QCO is)

ü SAP/PM, investment tracking and control module of Association and EWAK.

ü Q foundation, value stream

ü Point Director: Coordination and Improvement

ü Procedures for purchasing and distributing rice for internal training.

2) Reduction and improvement of 2)Gazi/WIP:

ü Gezi/WIP reduction of PCDA

3) Coordination and support rate (cost improvement) engineering tasks

4) Cost/investment follow-up and control: SAP Company/Afternoon Association and EWAK module,

Requirements:

1) Bachelor degree, major in industrial engineering is preferred.

2) Good experience in project planning, new product introduction project and industrial engineering.

3) Good knowledge of product planning, project management and ERP experience.

4) Good English and better basic skills in Germany.
