The registered place is No.6 Changning Road, Shibei District, Qingdao, Shandong Province, and the legal representative is Zhu Ming. The business scope includes the construction of Qingdao rail transit project; Engineering construction management, bidding and technical services for infrastructure and public facilities projects. (Projects subject to approval according to law can only be operated after approval by relevant departments).
