Securities Investment Consultant Application Requirements

The application requirements for securities investment consultants are as follows:

1. Be at least 18 years old.

2. Must have a high school diploma (including high school, technical secondary school, vocational high school and technical school) or above recognized by the national education department.

3. Have full capacity for civil conduct.

4. Passed the two subjects of the General Practitioner Qualification Examination.

The Securities Investment Consultant is the Securities Investment Consultant Competency Examination, which consists of a subject called "Securities Investment Consulting Business". The exam adopts a closed-book, computer-based exam. The exam time is 180 minutes. The exam question type is multiple choice and the number of questions is 120. A hundred-point system is implemented. The passing score is 60 points or above.

After passing the securities investment consultant competency examination, candidates should participate in and complete relevant business training organized by the Securities Association of China every year. If relevant business training is not completed as required, the passing results will no longer be valid.
