Several problems for beginners to learn CNC lathes

I want to write something many times, but I can't bear to write it in the Internet cafe. Plus inspiration came and went, so it ran aground. Recently, when I saw a beginner asking about the learning methods and rewards of NC on the Internet, someone answered me, which made me want to say something. I just had a day off today, so I decided to write some of my own experiences and express my personal views.

First, I'll tell you what I saw with my own eyes. Before I came to our factory, there was another novice. Before I came to Dongguan, I was also an operator of CNC lathes. I was an ordinary member at that time, and my monthly salary was about 1, 700. Of course, the factory is responsible for accommodation. I have four days off a month. I don't need to talk about other things. I only said what everyone cares about most. Another person is a mechanic in our factory and went home for the Spring Festival in 2007. Went to Zhejiang, 3200 a month. Recently in Shanghai, now it's 2900 a month. I also know a person who is also engaged in CNC lathes. His salary is 4500 yuan, and his two apprentices have more than 2000 yuan. One of them is a handyman, who only starts in cycles and knows where the power is off. And 1, 000 yuan. Listen to me slowly.

In 2007, after I finished the last historic exam in high school, I knew I was hopeless. After the announcement of the list, I think it is reasonable and unexpected that I failed the exam. I don't feel too sad, and I don't want my mother, who is almost fifty, to undertake my higher vocational education. On the fourth day after the list was published, I took more than 400 pieces to Huizhou alone and was introduced by my aunt to a processing factory, which is a professional CNC lathe. .......

It has been two years since I entered the factory on July 6, 2007. During this period, several groups of people came and went, all for the same goal at first, that is, to learn technology. But they all left with regrets. So far, only three people have learned their skills. I am one of them, and I am still in the factory. Why? ?

I want to talk about what I think I need to learn.

Be an apprentice first, be a good apprentice. 1: There are three natures (rationality, memory and understanding) 2: Be more 3 (do more, think more and see more) 3: Don't be disturbed by too many substances 4: Do everything with your heart.

Of the above points, I think the most important one is the last one, because it is the best self-introduction that a beginner can give to the old masters (not to find someone to take you, as they say, why I took you when I first met you, but apparently I didn't really want to teach you). Only in this way can you impress others and become a reassuring person. You can have more opportunities to contact more things, more guidance and make more mistakes than people of the same level at the same time. Only by making mistakes can you make progress. Let's talk about memory here. Why do you say that? Because you have to make sure that you can't make the same mistake, this is a wise saying in the machining industry. I don't know if you realize the second point here, that is, do more, and many things the master has never been able to do. Maybe the master won't tell you what to do, because he wants to see if you are smart or not. If you see the host glance at you while filling the bucket with water, you should go over and help carry the water. When the master sees that the floor in the workshop is dirty and kicks the garbage around him at will, you have to understand that you have to sweep the floor. This time involves my first point, understanding. If you are in the above two places, it is understandable that the master refuses to teach you. As I have said, the reason why you do it with your heart shows understanding on the one hand, and of course understanding is also reflected on the other. Now I will go on to say that seeing more and thinking more has a lot to do with the speed of your study. When programming, you must follow the master's thinking and think about why he is programming like this and what to do next. If you didn't understand then, you should understand. Compare books and materials and think for yourself. Don't ask others, because only in this way can you think more. Even if you don't understand at first, you will understand one day as long as you keep thinking. That's not the same as the general understanding, but you have experienced the process, not just the result. Now I want to say rationally, even if there are many people present when you make a mistake, don't be afraid. In the face of the big problem of survival, the individual is insignificant. Besides, you have no children and no wife, and you can't talk about dignity. You should be scolded if you make a mistake. So you must accept it with an open mind, don't complain, and tell yourself not to make the same mistake. Sometimes the master may misunderstand you. Don't talk so much. Silence is golden, and it is normal for people to be wronged. Afterwards, the master understood that he would really appreciate you. Maybe it's time to change your luck.

On the other hand, understanding is naturally reflected in learning. In learning, there is a word called inference, which means understanding. The premise is that you have to know this thing very well, which is the result of your usual study. There is nothing to say.

Don't be disturbed by too many things. Many people will invite a few friends to go shopping, go to bars and skate after work. Of course, I'm talking about an apprentice, a student, and a student who wants to learn. Because people's energy is limited, it is best to concentrate all their energy on one thing. If you are too distracted, sometimes you find yourself weak when you want to calm down and study. In their words, they have no mind to study. This time is very troublesome. If this happens, you should do something quickly. Because the salary of learning CNC is not high, if you always play, it is likely that you will not learn the technology and the money will not be enough. More importantly, people are no longer in their prime, which is why there are always people coming in and out of our factory. Don't think about brand-name clothes, mobile phones and computers, which will distract your energy and material resources.

I have already explained about studying. Now I would like to express my views on why some people take more than 1000, while others take 4500.

As an independent type of work, CNC lathe work has a certain depth like Chinese and mathematics. Isn't there a four-level CNC lathe job, so it is appropriate for some people to have more money and some people to have less money. The highest level of CNC work is not how agile your hands and feet are, how many kinds of CNC machine tools you can operate and how many kinds of machine tools you have seen, but how much machining you know. The better he is, the faster he works. But his understanding of machining is not superficial, but deeper and more thorough, every link, even every detail. I think there will be many experts who will say that. So when you get less money, do you ask yourself why? If you are just a simple machine tool operator, there is nothing you can do if there is a mechanical failure, you can't put forward a better method for the current production process, and you can't fight alone. Make the process, sharpen the knife, select the knife, program, design the drilling die by yourself, and finish the task on time. Then of course you can't take 4500. After all, 4500 is not so easy to get. Then simply follow the cycle to start. Calipers don't have to measure themselves. It's okay to just find someone from the street. How to get a high salary? Can the national numerical control competition stand on the final podium? Many people don't even have a few books and materials about numerical control. So I think some people have a problem with their salary, which is the result of not knowing enough about the whole machining. Why? There is a reason here. Once they take part in the work, most people value their money more. I haven't considered whether I need to recharge. In fact, once my technology has made a breakthrough, the boss is also a smart person and will naturally consider your treatment. To put it bluntly, technical work is a penny, neither more nor less.
