Mechanical engineer:

1. The whole process of new equipment scheme review (layout → equipment delivery) ensures the reliability and maintainability of new equipment, and the product safety/quality meets the design requirements;

2. Formulation and optimization of mechanical equipment maintenance standards to ensure that the standards can be implemented and effectively implemented;

3. Improve the processing capacity and production efficiency of the existing wire drawing equipment, improve the finished product rate and reduce the energy consumption and manufacturing cost;

4. Lead major equipment fault maintenance, maintenance scheme formulation, fault summary and experience promotion in each base.

Post requirements

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical design and manufacturing, automation, mechatronics and mechanical engineering;

2. Master and skillfully use at least one drawing software;

3. Clear logical thinking, good driving force and cross-departmental communication and cooperation ability;

Electrical engineer:

2. Prepare FAT/LOP/TOPlist file and progress tracking summary report for the electrical part of the project;

4. Lead major equipment fault maintenance, maintenance scheme formulation, fault summary and experience promotion in each base.

Post requirements

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical manufacturing and automation, electrical automation and software engineering;

2. Proficient in debugging, programming and optimization of two or more automation equipment PLC (Siemens/Mitsubishi/Omron/Schneider) and other programs;

3. Clear logical thinking, good driving force and cross-departmental communication and cooperation ability;

4. Strong compression resistance.
