I. overview of alloys 3 1( N0803 1) nickel-based alloys:

1 and alloy 3 1( N0803 1) Nickel-based alloys are nitrogen-containing Fe-Ni-Cr-Mo alloys, and their properties are between super austenitic stainless steel and existing nickel-based alloys. Alloy 3 1( N0803 1) Nickel-based alloy is suitable for chemical, petrochemical and environmental applications.

Environmental engineering and oil and gas production and other industrial fields.

2. Alloy 3 1( N0803 1) Nickel-based alloy has the following characteristics:

(1) has excellent corrosion resistance in halide medium (whether acidic or alkaline).

(2) Excellent corrosion resistance in any concentration of sulfuric acid.

(3) Excellent corrosion resistance and corrosion resistance in phosphoric acid medium.

(4) Excellent local corrosion resistance and uniform corrosion resistance in chlorine dioxide bleaching medium.

(5) Excellent corrosion resistance in both reducing and oxidizing environments.

(6) Easy to process and weld.

(7) Proof that it can be used to manufacture pressure vessels with wall temperature of-196 ~ 450℃.

Two. Alloy 3 1( N0803 1) chemical composition of nickel-based alloy: see table-1;

Mechanical properties of alloy 3 1( N0803 1) nickel-based alloy;

6. Alloy 3 1( N0803 1) Brinell hardness (HB): 220.

Four. Corrosion resistance of alloy 3 1( N0803 1) nickel-based alloy;

Alloy 3 1( N0803 1) Nickel-based alloy is very resistant to halide corrosion, and the alloy also has excellent corrosion resistance to pure sulfuric acid or impure sulfuric acid at various concentrations and temperatures. It has good corrosion resistance in a small amount of aerated industrial sulfuric acid.

Alloy 3 1( N0803 1) Nickel-based alloy is the most suitable nickel-based alloy under the extremely corrosive wet-process phosphoric acid production conditions. Similarly, more experiments also show that the alloy 3 1( N0803 1) nickel-based alloy has good corrosion resistance in the very harsh chlorine dioxide bleaching medium in pulp and paper industry. The intergranular corrosion resistance (IGA) of Ni-based alloy 3 1( N0803 1) was measured according to ASTM G-28 test standard and German standard test SEP 1877 II, which showed that Nicrofer 3 127 hMo had a sensitization tendency after a long time.

Verb (abbreviation of verb) alloy 3 1( N0803 1) Machinability of nickel-based alloy:

1. hot working: the hot working temperature range of alloy 3 1( N0803 1) is 1200℃ ~ 1050℃, and the cooling mode is water cooling or rapid air cooling.

2, cold working:

The work hardening rate of (1) and Alloy 3 1( N0803 1) alloys is higher than that of austenitic stainless steel, so it is necessary to select processing equipment. The workpiece should be in the state of solution treatment, and there should be intermediate annealing during cold rolling.

(2) If the cold rolling deformation is greater than 15%, it is necessary to carry out solid solution treatment on the workpiece.

3, heat treatment:

The solution treatment temperature range of (1) and alloy 3 1( N0803 1) alloys is1130℃ ~1/80℃.

(2) During all heat treatment, the workpiece should be directly put into the heated heat treatment furnace, and the workpiece must be kept clean.

(3) In order to ensure the best corrosion resistance, the cooling method is water cooling, and the alloy must be water quenched at the final processing temperature not lower than 1 100℃. It is suggested that the cooling rate from the final processing temperature to 500℃ should be greater than 150℃/ min. For materials with a thickness less than 1.5mm, it can also be air-cooled quickly.

(4) In any heat treatment process, attention should be paid to the above items to keep the workpiece clean.

4. In proportion:

The adhesion of surface oxides of (1) and Alloy 3 1( N0803 1) alloys to welding slag around the weld is stronger than that of stainless steel, so it is recommended to use fine abrasive belt or fine grinding wheel for grinding. (2) Before pickling with mixed acid of nitric acid and hydrofluoric acid for a proper time and temperature, the oxide film must be carefully polished or pretreated in a salt bath to destroy it.

(3) Machining: 3 1( N0803 1) alloy shall be machined after heat treatment. Because of the work hardening of the material, it is suggested that the cutting speed and re-entry tool should be lower than that of low alloy standard austenitic stainless steel before turning the surface layer hardened by cold working.

5. Welding: When welding nickel-base alloy and high-alloy special stainless steel, the following procedures should be followed:

(1). Workplace The workplace should be separated or far enough away from the carbon steel processing area, kept as clean as possible, equipped with partitions and avoid ventilation between the two areas.

(2), work clothes and accessories should wear clean fine-grained leather gloves, wearing clean work clothes.

(3) Tools and mechanical equipment should have special tools, which are made of nickel-base alloy and nickel-chromium steel, wire brushes are made of stainless steel, and mechanical equipment such as scissors, punches and rolling mills should be covered with felt, cardboard or plastic paper to prevent iron and carbon metals from falling on the surface of the machine and sticking to the processed materials, causing corrosion.
