(1) Registration

After passing the qualification examination, you will enter the written test (the written test accounts for 60% of the total score), and the time and place of the written test and related matters will be subject to the admission ticket.
The written test content is the basic knowledge of public security (not less than 70% of the total written test score) and the administrative professional ability test, which is conducted in the form of closed book, with a full score of 100 and an examination time of 120 minutes.
According to the candidates' written test scores from high to low, the interview candidates are determined according to the ratio of 1:3. If the last written test score of the same position is tied, the interview candidates will be expanded accordingly, and the written test score will be publicized for 3 working days.
(3) Interview
The interview (the interview score accounts for 40% of the total score) is conducted by structured interview.
After the interview, the written test score is equivalent to 60%, and the interview score is equivalent to 40%. The sum of the written test score and the interview score is the total score.
If the total score is the same, the scheme will give priority to hiring personnel. The total score of the examination will be published on the government website for 3 working days, and the physical fitness test, physical examination and political review will be determined according to the high score and low score ratio of the recruitment position 1: 1.
(4) Physical fitness test
The organizational procedures and standards of physical fitness test shall be implemented with reference to the physical fitness assessment items and standards for the employment of people's police by public security organs (Provisional). The results are qualified and unqualified, and those who are unqualified will not be hired.
Physical fitness test items: men's 1000m running/women's 800m running, 10m X4 running back and forth, vertical jump and high touch.
The order of physical fitness test is determined according to the total score, and the test standard is shown in Annex 3. Those who fail the physical fitness test will not be hired, and will be replenished according to the total score of the post test from high to low.
Candidates who are unable to take the physical fitness test on time due to physical reasons must apply to the Office of the Leading Group for the Recruitment of Auxiliary Police three days before the physical fitness test, and provide medical certificates (including but not limited to CT reports, X-ray reports and related auxiliary inspection documents) issued by hospitals at or above the county level. (5) Political investigation

(7) Publicizing the persons to be employed.
Publicize the personnel to be hired in the county public security bureau for 7 working days, including the name, gender, admission ticket number, written test results, physical examination, political examination and other related results of the personnel to be hired.
(8) Employment
After the publicity period expires without objection and the pre-job training is qualified, the county public security bureau can directly sign a labor contract with the employed personnel. The contract period is 3 years, and I will work in the reserved nursing post.
The probation period for recruiters is 6 months, and those who fail to pass the examination after the probation period will be dismissed.
