What is a packaged LED?

In short, it is the process of giving you chips, brackets, gold wires, glue and other raw materials, and then assembling these things into light-emitting diodes (also called light beads) with die bonder, wire bonder, glue filling machine, oven, spectrometer and other equipment. LED packaging can be divided into low power (also called direct insertion), patch and high power packaging. The principle is the same, but the shape and use are still different.
