Maintenance and replacement of fine oil separator The fine oil separator is a component for separating screw lubricating oil from compressed air. Under normal circumstances, the service life of fine oil separator is about 3000 hours, but the quality of lubricating oil and the filtration accuracy of air have great influence on its service life. It can be seen that in the harsh use environment, the maintenance and replacement cycle of the air filter element must be shortened, and even the front air filter should be considered. When the fine oil separator is out of date or the pressure difference before and after it exceeds 0. 12Mpa, it must be replaced. Otherwise, the motor will be overloaded, the fine oil separator will be damaged and oil will leak. Replacement method: Remove each control pipe joint installed on the oil and gas barrel cover. Remove the upper cover of the oil and gas barrel and take out the oil powder. Remove asbestos pad and dirt stuck on the upper cover plate. Stop the machine for more than 4 hours, open the oil valve when there is no pressure in the oil and gas barrel, drain the condensed water completely, and close the valve quickly when there is engine oil flowing out. It is forbidden to mix different brands of lubricating oil, and it is forbidden to use lubricating oil for an extended period. Otherwise, the quality of lubricating oil will be reduced, the lubricity will be poor, and the flash point will be reduced, which will easily lead to high-temperature shutdown and spontaneous combustion of oil products. There are two main points to pay attention to: First, check the diesel engine and air compressor, especially some oil levels and water levels, and check the operating parts (try it manually to ensure smooth operation).
