What does Foxconn's Electronic Control Design Engineer (AP) do?

Foxconn's electrical control design engineer (AP) refers to Foxconn's AP system electrical control design engineer.

1. The main work of the electronic control design engineer of Foxconn AP system is as follows:

1, electrical control design, electrical wiring assembly, debugging and maintenance of automation equipment in the production department;

2. Independently design and develop the electronic control system of fully automatic or semi-automatic non-standard equipment, and transform and optimize the existing production line equipment;

3. Cooperate with the department manager to formulate the overall control scheme of the project, organize feasibility experiments, analysis and demonstration, and write feasibility reports;

5. Cooperate with the project leader to formulate the specific work plan of the project;

6. Organize research on key technologies in the process of project development;

7. Track and coordinate the work progress of the electronic control group;

8. Track the development direction of electronic technology and formulate the development plan of the Group;

9. Actively complete other tasks assigned by the leaders.

Second, Foxconn AP system electronic control design engineer job requirements are as follows:

1, college degree or above, major in electrical automation and related fields, CET-4;

2. Experience in automatic electronic control design is preferred;

3. Have a touch screen product development experiment and some knowledge of industrial network and visual inspection;

4. Good communication skills, certain English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, general technical communication and team spirit;

5. Familiar with automatic production line design, and experience in independently developing automation equipment is preferred;

6, can use AUTOCAD to draw electrical schematic diagram, and simple mechanical parts drawing design.

Remarks: In the current urban rail automatic control system, the wireless access point equipment based on data communication subsystem DCS is still a conventional AP based on SIMO system, and the advanced multi-antenna smart antenna technology and MIMO system are rarely used in rail transit at present. In this paper, a new type of AP based on DCS is proposed, and the hardware modules of its key parts are designed. Through the System View tool, the simulation comparison between the new AP and the traditional AP proves that the improvement of the performance of the new AP can optimize the transmission quality of the system, so it is called AP system for short.
