More importantly, what I learned before finally got a chance to practice, which is no longer an armchair strategist. My first internship started on May 17, and I came to the internship classroom with a fresh and a little nervous mood. On the first day, the teacher explained that we should first set up account books, then fill in accounting vouchers, summarize subjects, register account books, and finally start computerization exercises on the computer. We use printed materials as the source of the whole accounting practice. Through practice, I am familiar with and master every step of the accounting process and its specific operations, including understanding the content and basic structure of the account, understanding the bookkeeping rules of the debit and credit bookkeeping method, mastering the operation of opening an account and registering an account, compiling accounting entries, filling in and reviewing original vouchers, and judging the method of filling in accounting vouchers according to the original vouchers. Make students have a deeper rational understanding of accounting and master the basic operating skills of accounting. Let's do it in groups, with 6 people as a group, so as to facilitate the communication between students. At first, I was a little at a loss. I dare not write for a long time. I'm afraid of making a wrong step. Later, with the patience of the instructor, I began to register one by one.

I never imagined that I would be stuck with this question, and finally I finished it under discussion with my classmates. It made me feel uneasy about the content of the internship at first, and also inspired me to study hard. We did this alone for several days, and it was not until the instructor told us that there was still a lot to be done later that we realized the time limit and began to speed up.

Second, fill in accounting vouchers

There are 126 transactions in the data. To write accounting entries according to the original vouchers in the data, it is necessary to look at the accounting date clearly, count the number of original vouchers, carefully consider how to write accounting entries, and pay special attention to the numbering problem, how to correct the wrong accounting vouchers and so on. I didn't feel pressure when I wrote the first few strokes, and I didn't know how to write as I went down. In fact, it is time-consuming and laborious to fill in accounting vouchers. It is easy to write the correct entry and see the amount clearly. This is our most depressing thing. Therefore, carefulness is an important condition for doing a good job in accounting. Many original vouchers are wrong, which requires us to read the previous economic business overview carefully. Writing accounting vouchers is the most time-consuming, and it will probably be finished when it is computerized during the internship. A small part of the reason is that we are the first batch of interns, and many problems need to be explored by ourselves. Account summary is registered according to the accounting voucher. It takes a lot of time to make it even, and lenders always make mistakes. The result will be very different, and I understand the importance of being careful again.

Third, the register

It is a big and complicated project to register the account books according to the audited accounting vouchers, so we must be cautious. The ink of the registration account book must be blue or black, and the account offset needs to be red. The data in the account book shall not be directly modified, but must be corrected by the wrong accounting correction method, and there shall be no blank pages or skipping lines. This job took a lot of time from registration to examination, and I have to sigh that accounting work is very hard! Because of the time difference, the progress of the group is different, which gives me the possibility to ask other students, otherwise it is really difficult! There are many kinds of sub-accounts, and each one has some differences in registration methods, which increases the difficulty of our work in disguise. The most difficult thing to register is the multi-column subsidiary ledger, which makes me dizzy. Fortunately, with the help of my classmates, I just finished it.

Fourthly, the practice of computerization

Computerization is an accounting method that we just started to learn this semester. First of all, the first step is to set up an account set, which is not very difficult. We have done this experiment before. It just takes some time to set up the account book, but the computer at school always crashes, which makes me unable to do a good job of computerization for a long time, which is very annoying. Finally, I have to find someone to help me put UFIDA in my notebook before I really start the computerized internship. After the account set is established, it is necessary to gradually enter the required information according to the internship data, such as adding personnel files and customer files. Similarly, you need to enter the opening balance of the general ledger, fill in accounting vouchers, and prepare accounting statements for account summary. In fact, there can be no mistakes in computerization, otherwise the next work can't be carried out, which is also the reason why the progress can't be accelerated in many cases, more because of the lack of experience in computerization and the unfamiliarity with computers. The practice time of computerization is very short, and it will be handed over to the next batch of students before it is finished, but fortunately we still have more time. We were still practicing during the exam, which was a big mistake for us, but in the end we finished the internship.

In short, in this internship, I learned a lot about how to set up account books, fill in accounting vouchers, register account books and learn accounting computerization. In the past three years, we have studied more than ten specialized courses of accounting undergraduate major and mastered a lot of theoretical knowledge. In the end, the theory will guide the practical work and apply it to the practical work. There is a distance between them. How can I be competent for the actual accounting work in the future? Therefore, the model has carefully arranged a "bridge of convergence" for us, so that we can systematically and comprehensively master the new accounting standards for enterprises and the basic procedures and specific methods of enterprise accounting, and strengthen the understanding of basic theories, the application of basic accounting methods and the training of accounting skills. I have always known this truth. Besides, my major in junior college is not accounting, and my work now is just some management work. I am really unfamiliar with the operation of basic accounting. The steps of internship are: establishing accounts-filling in accounting vouchers-bookkeeping-closing reconciliation-preparing statements-systematically sorting out the filled vouchers, account books and statements and binding them into a book.

First of all, we need to open general ledger, subsidiary ledger and journal according to the opening balance and related materials of simulated enterprise accounts. According to the information in the account balance table at the beginning of 65438+February, the four-digit account is a general ledger account, and the six-digit account is not set separately, while the eight-digit account is a subsidiary account. There are also four-digit accounts that must be set in the general ledger and Class A accounts in the subsidiary ledger, such as: 1602 accumulated depreciation for this year and 4 103 profit for this year. These really helped us to consolidate the basic knowledge we learned once, and it was even more impressive after practice.

Secondly, there is a heavy workload of voucher preparation, and the teacher also spent a lot of class hours explaining it. Let's fill in the receipt voucher, payment voucher and transfer voucher according to the checked original voucher. In accounting practice, there are many kinds of original vouchers, different formats and various specific contents. First, we should review their effectiveness, and then make vouchers. The requirements for filling in the original documents are that the records are true, the contents are complete, the handwriting is clear, and the documents are filled in in time. This is a serious and meticulous work, which must be carried out seriously. Mainly to review the authenticity, legality, accuracy and completeness of the original vouchers, make accounting entries, and then make vouchers. This is what I spend the most time doing. At first, due to carelessness, incidents such as missing orders, wrong quantity and wrong ticket stickers occurred from time to time, which led to insufficient internship vouchers issued by the school.
