Announcement of Nanjing Art College's open recruitment of full-time counselors in 2023?
In order to better select outstanding talents, enrich the talent team and optimize the structure of teachers, Nanjing University of the Arts is now openly recruiting outstanding talents for the society.
According to the "Measures for Open Recruitment of Institutions in Jiangsu Province" and other regulations, relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:
I. Application conditions
(1) Having People's Republic of China (PRC) nationality and abiding by the Constitution and laws of People's Republic of China (PRC).
(two) law-abiding, moral integrity, unity and cooperation, dedication, integrity.
(3) Physical conditions that meet the requirements of the post.
(4) Age requirement: those who are under 35 years old (1988 65438+ 10/day or later) and have worked as full-time counselors in colleges and universities for more than 5 years are relaxed to 40 years old (1 9831day or later).
(5) Relevant education: party member (including party member), graduate degree, master degree or above, and meet one of the following conditions:
1. Served as a major student cadre while studying in colleges and universities 1 year or above.
The main student cadres include: class leader, deputy leader, secretary of the Communist Youth League branch, secretary of the Party branch, college-level Communist Youth League Committee, student union, graduate student association, and student cadres above the heads of school-level associations (associations).
2. Have 3 years or above working experience as a full-time counselor in colleges and universities (formal working experience, excluding personal internship and part-time working experience during the student period).
3. Have full-time experience in ideological and political work in enterprises and institutions for 3 years or above (refers to formal work experience, excluding personal internship and part-time work experience during the student period).
Full-time ideological and political work refers to working as a full-time secretary or deputy secretary in the Party's grass-roots committees, general branch committees and branch committees, or working in party departments such as discipline inspection, party office, organization (personnel), propaganda and United front, or working in trade unions, the Communist Youth League and women's federations, as well as ideological education or professional ethics construction.
Applicants should fill in the post-holding experience or work experience of major student cadres in the column of "study and work experience" according to the application conditions (the employer, post and the start and end date must be indicated).
(six) have the professional and technical qualifications required for the post (see the post table for details).
This recruitment of fresh graduates must graduate and obtain academic degree certificates before August 3, 20231,and there is still no work unit.
Graduates of ordinary institutions of higher learning in 2023 and 2022, whose file relationship is still in the original graduate institution, or in graduate employment departments at all levels (graduate employment guidance service centers), talent exchange service institutions, and public employment service institutions, who graduated abroad at the same time and have completed their academic qualifications but have not yet implemented their work units, can apply for the positions of fresh graduates.
Graduation of foreign teaching and research institutions at the same time refers to overseas students who study in foreign teaching and research institutions and graduate with domestic fresh graduates. The time requirement for graduation at the same time is the same as that of domestic fresh graduates.
The deadline for calculating the employment experience and work experience of student cadres is the date when the recruitment announcement is issued.
(seven) students from Taiwan Province Province who have obtained the qualifications of ordinary colleges and universities in mainland China and other residents of Taiwan Province Province who have obtained the qualifications recognized by mainland China shall apply according to the relevant provisions of the state and our province.
Second, registration.
(1) Time, place and method of registration
Applicants register through the "Open Recruitment Platform for Institutions in Jiangsu Province", and photo uploading, qualification preliminary examination and payment confirmation are all carried out simultaneously through the network.

(2) Online confirmation
(1) 24 hours after the applicants submit their registration information online (postponed on holidays), they can go to the registration website to check whether they have passed the preliminary qualification examination of the recruitment department (unit).
(2) The registration fee for this open recruitment is 100 yuan, and the online registration fee is 100 yuan.
Those who pass the preliminary examination and complete the payment confirmation will be registered successfully.
(3) Those who fail to confirm the registration qualification online on time, upload photos and require to pay the registration fee will be deemed invalid.
(3) Print the admission ticket online.
Applicants who have passed the preliminary qualification examination and payment confirmation, please go to the online service hall of Jiangsu Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security to download and print the admission ticket.
The specific time to print the admission ticket is published in the "Recruitment Information" column () of the website of Nanjing University of the Arts.
Candidates should print the admission ticket according to the specified time, otherwise they may not take the exam.

(4) Matters needing attention in registration
1. Applicants should truthfully fill in the relevant information according to the job requirements and online tips, and upload their recent two-inch (35X45) photo without a hat, in jpg format, with the size not exceeding 20Kb.
The recruitment department (unit) conducts the audit according to the information provided by the candidates.
Candidates who practise fraud will be disqualified once they are verified.
2. Applicants should fill in the work experience or work experience of major student cadres according to the application conditions (the unit, position and year of starting and ending positions must be indicated).
3. This recruitment position is a short-term recruitment position, and the examination ratio is 1︰3. If the proportion of examinations is not reached, the recruitment positions will be reduced or cancelled, and published on the website of the provincial human resources and social security.
Candidates who cancel their positions can log on to the open recruitment platform of Jiangsu institutions at 9:00- 16:00 on March 8, 2023 to fill in other qualified positions.
4. Applicants can only select one position from the position table to register.
After passing the preliminary qualification examination, the registration information cannot be changed.
Candidates who have not passed the preliminary qualification examination may change to other qualified positions during the registration period.
Applicants should use the second-generation resident ID card within the validity period to register, and the ID card used for registration and examination room must be consistent.
5. In any of the following circumstances, please do not apply:
(1) Servicemen and non-fresh graduates from colleges and universities;
(2) Those who are husband and wife, lineal blood relatives, collateral blood relatives within three generations or close in-laws with the person in charge of the institution shall not apply for the positions of organization (personnel), discipline inspection and supervision, and financial auditing of the institution; Those who have the above-mentioned relationship with the existing on-the-job personnel, management positions that form a direct relationship between superiors and subordinates after arriving at the post, and positions that should be avoided clearly in the Regulations on the Avoidance of Personnel Management in Institutions shall not be employed;
③ The new measures for open recruitment of institutions in Jiangsu Province came into effect on March 13, 2020. According to the public recruitment announcement of public institutions issued later, the personnel who have been employed in various local institutions in Jiangsu Province have not served for three years.
(4) Before August 3, 2023, Kloc-0, newly hired civil servants with less than five years of service, or those who leave their work units (posts) and are not allowed to be dismissed according to regulations (including explicit agreements), or those who are not allowed to apply for public institutions according to other national and provincial regulations.
Three, examination subjects, time and implementation measures
The examination methods are: ① written examination; 2 interview.
(1) Written examination
1. The written test mainly tests the candidates' professional knowledge and work skills, and does not specify the outline and teaching materials.
Full score in written test 100, passing line 60.
2. Applicants should take the written test at the time and place specified in the admission ticket.
Those who fail to take the written test at the time and place specified in the admission ticket are deemed to have given up automatically.
3. After the written test 10 working days, the written test results will be published on the website of the Personnel Department of Nanjing University of the Arts (), and candidates can check by ID number and admission ticket number.
The written test score is 100, and the written test score is 60 points.
Among those who pass the written test, from high score to low score, according to the ratio of the number of people to be employed in each recruitment position 1: 3, the candidates will be qualified to determine the interview candidates.
Those who pass the qualification review will attend the interview.
If the number of people who have passed the qualification review of a recruitment position is less than 3, the interview candidates will be determined according to the actual number.
The names, positions, written test scores and rankings of the interviewers will be published on the website of the Personnel Department of Nanjing University of the Arts ().
(2) Qualification examination
Before the interview, the Personnel Department of Nanjing University of the Arts will examine the qualifications of the interviewers, and the originals and photocopies of the following materials shall be provided during the examination:
(1) Second-generation resident ID card within the validity period;
(2) the highest academic degree and degree certificate, and the academic degree certificate of foreign countries (territories) must obtain the certification certificate of the China Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education;
(3) A certificate issued by party member or the General Party Branch of party member in * * * (valid within 6 months) must be issued;
(4) The fresh graduates must provide the two-way employment recommendation form and the employment agreement for graduates issued by their institutions; Those who have obtained a foreign academic degree are required to provide a certificate of foreign academic degree issued by the Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education.
Social personnel should provide the labor contract certificate signed with the original work unit and the social security payment list;
(5) Proof of major student cadres or work experience: the experience of major student cadres at the class and college level must be proved by the college, and the experience of major student cadres at the school level must be proved by the school youth league Committee, graduate work department (graduate school) and student work department (department). The certificate must indicate the position and the year of service.
The work experience certificate of full-time counselors in colleges and universities is issued by the personnel department of colleges and universities, and the work experience certificate of full-time ideological and political work in enterprises and institutions is issued by the personnel department of enterprises and institutions, and the post and appointment date are stated.
All the materials provided by the candidates and the certification materials issued by each unit must be true and valid.
If fraud is verified, the applicant shall be disqualified or the employment contract shall be terminated immediately.
(3) Interview
The interview was conducted according to the interview method formulated by our school.
The interview method will be published on the website of the Personnel Department of Nanjing University of the Arts. Those who fail to attend the interview at the specified time and place will be deemed to have given up automatically.
Inform candidates of the interview results on the spot.
Total interview score 100, qualified line 60.
(4) Calculate the total score of candidates by using the percentage system.
Total score = written test score ×40%+ interview score ×60%, and a total score of more than 70 points is qualified.
Those who fail to pass the total score will not be hired.
If the total score is tied, the medical examiner shall be determined according to the principle of giving priority to the person with the highest interview score.
If the written test score is the same as the interview score, the ranking will be determined by interview and test.
Fourth, physical examination and investigation
After the examination, the total score of candidates shall be determined according to the total score calculation method, and among the qualified personnel in each individual examination (test), the physical examination personnel shall be determined from high score to low score according to the ratio of the number of people to be recruited in the recruitment position 1: 1.
The physical examination standard shall be implemented with reference to the National General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (for Trial Implementation).
The employing unit shall organize an inspection of those who have passed the medical examination, and determine the list of persons to be employed according to the inspection and medical examination results.
The list of persons to be employed will be publicized on the websites of Jiangsu Human Resources and Social Security Network and Personnel Department of Nanjing Art College for 7 working days.
The publicity contents include post number, recruiting unit, post name, name of the person to be hired, education background, major, graduation institution, current work unit, recruitment examination results, total score, ranking, etc.
If the applicant's inspection or physical examination does not meet the requirements, or the publicity result of the candidate to be hired affects the employment, or the candidate to be hired explicitly abandons the employment, or the employment position is vacant for other reasons, the school will decide to fill it in turn.
After the employment is approved or put on record, it will not be renewed.
Verb (abbreviation of verb) propaganda and employment
For those who have no objection to publicity, after being put on record by the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security, the employing unit shall handle the relevant employment procedures for them, sign an employment contract with them, and stipulate the probation period.
After the probation period expires, those who pass the examination will be given post grading; Those who fail the examination will be disqualified and the employment contract will be terminated.
If the personnel to be employed generally conclude an employment contract with the recruiting unit for more than 3 years (inclusive), in addition to dissolving the employment contract according to law, they should also serve in the school for 3 years (including the probation period).
(The full-time counselor to be employed shall sign an employment contract with the school, except that the employment contract shall be terminated according to laws and regulations. Once hired, you must serve as a counselor in our school for more than 5 years (including probation period), and you may not be transferred or exchanged to a non-counselor position in our school during the service period).
