2. Interview arrangements

The interview location is No. 187, Liyuan North Street, Tongzhou District, Beijing. You can take bus No. 647, 668 and 806 to Liyuan. Get off at Dongli North District Station or Liyuan Station on the Batong Line of the Metro.

Candidates are requested to report to the Tongzhou District People’s Court of Beijing before 7:50 am or 12:50 pm on the day of the interview according to the interview schedule. Those who fail to register on time will be deemed to have given up automatically.

3. Inspection and physical examination

(1) Comprehensive score calculation method

Comprehensive score (with professional ability test) = (total written test score ÷ 2) × 50% + interview score × 35% + professional ability test score × 15%.

The results of this interview will be announced on the Beijing Municipal Personnel Examination General Platform on March 7. Candidates can log in and check by themselves with the user name and password they used when registering.

(2) Determination of candidates for inspection and physical examination

If the ratio of the number of interview participants to the number of recruitment plans reaches 3:1 or above, the candidates will be ranked in order from high to low in terms of comprehensive scores after the interview. Determine the candidates for inspection and physical examination; if the ratio is less than 3:1, the candidate's interview score should reach the average score of all the people interviewed by his or her group of interviewers using the same interview question book before they can enter the inspection and physical examination.

(3) Arrangements for inspection and physical examination

After the interview, our unit will organize an inspection and physical examination. The investigation is carried out through individual interviews, on-site visits, review of personnel files, inquiry of social credit records, and personal interviews. Based on test scores, physical examination results, inspection results, etc., the candidates to be hired will be selected based on the principle of suitability for the job and the person will be selected, rather than just selecting people based on their merits.

IV. Precautions

1. Candidates are requested to carefully understand and strictly abide by the Beijing New Coronavirus Infection Pneumonia Epidemic Prevention and Control Leading Group’s guidelines on epidemic prevention and control and management of people entering Beijing. Relevant requirements include cooperating with daily temperature checks before the exam, paying close attention to the health status of yourself and those living with you. If you encounter special circumstances, please contact our unit in time. Anyone who conceals or lies about information related to epidemic prevention and control, or fails to cooperate with staff in epidemic prevention testing and inspections, will be disqualified from the interview as appropriate. 2. Candidates are requested to arrange their itinerary properly and conduct interviews according to the time and location specified in this announcement. When participating in the interview, candidates must bring their ID card, "Notice on Epidemic Prevention and Control" and a negative nucleic acid test report within 48 hours, and cooperate with the staff to measure body temperature, check the "green code" of the health treasure, etc.

3. After the announcement is released, if the candidate gives up the qualification for interview, please send the waiver statement (scanned copy in PDF format) to tzfyzgfs2021@163.com by email before February 23. If a person fails to submit a renunciation statement within the stipulated time and does not attend the interview due to personal reasons, he or she will be reported to the Beijing Municipal Civil Service Administration and recorded in the integrity file as appropriate.

4. According to Beijing’s epidemic prevention and control requirements, all people entering and returning to Beijing are required to undergo a nucleic acid test within 72 hours after arriving in Beijing. Those who have not received a nucleic acid test will have a pop-up window prompting Health Treasure to ask candidates from other places to come. After Beijing, please take a nucleic acid test as soon as possible to avoid the health treasure pop-up window caused by not having a nucleic acid test and affecting the interview.
