202 1 Notice of Evaluation of Senior Social Workers in Mentougou District of Beijing

According to the evaluation method for senior social workers issued by Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and the Ministry of Civil Affairs (Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security [2018] No.2), and the implementation method for evaluation of senior social workers in Beijing issued by Beijing Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security and Beijing Municipal Civil Affairs (Beijing Social Work Bureau [20 19] 65438

I. Scope of review

The personnel who apply to participate in the evaluation of senior social workers in Beijing (hereinafter referred to as the applicant) shall be the personnel of enterprises, institutions, non-public economic organizations, social organizations and other units in this Municipality, and hold the 20 19 senior social worker examination certificate.

The applicant shall not change the participating area within the validity period of the examination certificate.

Second, the review process.

The evaluation of senior social workers in Beijing shall be carried out in accordance with the Administrative Measures for Evaluation of Professional Titles in Beijing, and the evaluation process is as follows:

(1) individual application

The applicant downloads and fills in the Application Form for Evaluation of Senior Social Workers in Beijing (attachment 1), and prepares the evaluation certification materials according to the Requirements for Evaluation Application Materials of Senior Social Workers in Beijing (attachment 2). The specific contents include:

1. Complete records of three direct service cases in recent five years;

2. A complete supervision record of not less than 15 hours in recent five years;

3. Proof of work performance and contribution;

4. Other materials voluntarily provided by the applicant;

5. Political review materials.

(2) recommended by the work unit

The applicant will submit the "Application Form for Appraisal of Senior Social Workers in Beijing" and relevant supporting materials to his work unit for review. The work unit shall strictly review the application materials and the performance of the applicant in accordance with the procedures, recommend the best and publicize it within the unit for a period of not less than 5 working days. After publicity, if there is no objection, the work unit shall put forward recommendations according to the management authority, and issue publicity information and recommendations (see Annex 1 Table 7 for the format). The personnel department of the work unit shall truthfully fill in the recommendation letter of the applicant, affix the seal of the personnel department of the unit (or the official seal of the unit), and be responsible for the authenticity of the audit and recommendation letter. The current work unit involved in the application form must be consistent with the name of the official seal of the unit covered.

If the applicant is a labor dispatch employee, the relevant information of the applicant shall be reviewed, sealed and signed by the actual employer and the labor dispatch unit. The applicant's application materials and performance of duties shall be publicized in the actual employer.

(3) uploading application materials

All application materials are scanned into PDF format and sent as attachments according to the following requirements: create a folder named "Application Materials" and compress it. The folder should include: Beijing senior social worker evaluation application form (full page), evaluation certification materials, senior social worker examination results certificate, political examination materials and other certification materials.

(four) preliminary examination and supplementary materials

The accreditation body will conduct a preliminary examination of the application materials and inform the application materials by telephone before July 9. Applicants whose application materials are unqualified should fill in the materials before July 16 and send them to bjgjsgs2020 @126.com. Those who are unqualified will be deemed to give up automatically. The applicant who has passed the examination will send the paper seal application materials (in quintuplicate) to Room 504, East Gate, Keyuan East Road 1, Nongken Street, Daxing District, Beijing by express mail, addressed to Chen Sitao 80206825.

(5) National defense assessment

It is expected to organize a defense in mid-August, and the specific defense arrangement will be in the form of SMS or telephone.

Inform the applicant that the applicant can also inquire about the relevant arrangements for the defense review in the "Notice Announcement" on the website of the Civil Affairs Bureau (/), and the applicant will participate in the defense review according to the specified time, place and requirements.

(6) Evaluation and publicity

The evaluation results are expected to be publicized before the end of September, 20021year, and the publicity period is 15 days. Applicants can inquire in the "Notice Announcement" column of the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau (/).

(7) Issuing certificates

If there is no objection after publicity, according to the unified arrangement of Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and the Ministry of Civil Affairs, the "People's Republic of China (PRC) Social Worker Professional Level Certificate (Senior Social Worker)" will be issued. At that time, applicants can pay attention to the relevant arrangements for the issuance of certificates in the Personnel Examination Channel (/ywsite/bjpta) of the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau.

Three. Review related matters
