Four, the basic conditions of the recruitment object:

This recruitment mainly adopts the way of on-site registration, and each person is limited to two volunteers.

Step 2 check

The examination adopts a combination of written examination and interview.

Written test: The content of written test is health-related professional knowledge, and the score is calculated by percentage system. Those whose written test scores are below 60 will be eliminated. The written test takes the form of a closed book. Please refer to the admission ticket for the specific time and place.

Interview: After the written test, the candidates are ranked from high to low according to their first choice and written test scores. If the recruitment position index is 1 to 10, the interviewer shall be determined according to the ratio of 1: 3; If the recruitment position index is 1 1 or above, the interviewer shall be determined according to the ratio of 1: 2; For positions that are less than the prescribed proportion, in the second choice of filling in the position, interview places will be replenished according to the written test scores from high to low; If it is still below the prescribed proportion after supplementation, it will be replenished from high score to low score among those who apply for such positions and voluntarily obey the adjustment; If it is still below the prescribed proportion, enter the interview according to the actual number of people. The interview mainly evaluates the candidates' oral expression ability, reaction ability, ability to analyze and solve problems, accuracy of answering questions, knowledge and demeanor. The interview results are calculated according to the percentage system, and those who give up the interview or have an interview score below 60 will be eliminated. The interview will be organized and implemented by the District Health Bureau and the employing unit, and the interview time and place will be notified separately.

Total test score = written test score *50%+ interview score *50%.

If the test scores of candidates in the same recruitment position are tied, the highest written test score is the first; If the written test and interview results are tied, you can try the written test of job expertise.

Step 3 have a physical examination

According to the total score of the examination, the list of medical examiners is determined according to the ratio of position index 1: 1. The physical examination shall be carried out with reference to the Notice of Zhejiang Provincial Personnel Department and Zhejiang Provincial Health Department on Printing and Distributing the General Standard for Civil Servant Physical Examination (Trial) (Zhejiang Artificial [2005] No.68) and the Operation Manual for Civil Servant Physical Examination (Trial). Those who fail to pass the medical examination or give up the medical examination will be eliminated, and the vacant positions will be filled in turn according to the total score of the post examination.

4. Evaluation

Those who pass the physical examination will enter the assessment, with reference to the "Detailed Rules for the Implementation of Civil Servant Recruitment Assessment in Zhejiang Province", with comprehensive assessment as the main factor. Those who voluntarily give up the assessment shall submit a written application to the District Health Bureau within 3 working days from the date of entering the assessment list. Those who fail to pass the examination will be eliminated, and the places vacant due to unqualified examination or abandonment of examination will not be replenished.

5. Publicity and employment

(1) The District Health Bureau determines the list of persons to be employed according to the results of examination, physical examination and assessment, and after reporting to the District Personnel Bureau for approval, it will publicize the list of persons to be employed on Beilun Health Online for 7 working days. If there is no objection, the proposed employee and the recruiting unit shall sign an employment agreement for graduates, and then go through the employment procedures. If the person to be hired fails to sign the employment agreement for graduates on time, it shall be deemed as a waiver.

(2) Before formal employment, conduct a comprehensive qualification examination of the personnel to be employed, consult their real files, and verify whether they meet the application conditions.

(3) If the employed person finds that there is fraud and does not meet the conditions for applying for the exam before the formal registration, the employment qualification will be cancelled.
