2. Registration method
Take the way of on-site registration. District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau is responsible for the qualification examination of applicants. Each person is limited to one post in a department and cannot report at the same time. Step 2 interview
After the written test, the written test scores are sorted from high to low, and the list of interviewers is determined according to the ratio of the number of job recruiters to the number of interviewers 1:3.
The interview takes the form of structured interview, with a full score of 100 and a qualified score of 60. Those who fail to reach the qualified line will not be hired. 45 yuan, you have to pay the examination fee for the interview.

(4) Physical examination
After the interview, the total score is calculated with the ratio of written test score and interview score accounting for 50% and sorted from high to low, and the list of medical examiners is determined according to the ratio of the number of recruits to the number of medical examiners in each position 1: 1.
Candidates who apply for the position of fireman in the fire brigade must also take a physical fitness test. Only by passing the physical fitness test can you enter the physical examination. Those who fail to pass the medical examination will be disqualified and will be replenished in turn according to the total score. Test standards and topics:

Female: 100m (18), sit-ups (10/ min).

The physical examination is organized by Beichen District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and relevant units. Physical examination items and standards, similar personnel before the introduction of physical examination standards, with reference to the national unified provisions of the civil service recruitment physical examination standards. The medical examination fee shall be borne by the candidates themselves.
The written test scores and interview scores are kept to 1 decimal place respectively, and the total score is kept to 2 decimal places. (5) Investigation

(6) Publicity

(7) Employment

Three. Correlation processing and allocation
