First, the recruitment target and conditions

2. Registration method

Take the way of on-site registration. District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau is responsible for the qualification examination of applicants. Each person is limited to one post in a department and cannot report at the same time. If the ratio of the number of applicants to the number of people in the recruitment plan is less than 3: 1, the examination cannot be held, and the recruitment plan will be reduced accordingly. Those who fail to apply for this position can change to other positions within the specified time.

3. Submission of materials

Step 2 interview

After the written test, the written test scores are sorted from high to low, and the list of interviewers is determined according to the ratio of the number of job recruiters to the number of interviewers 1:3.

The interview takes the form of structured interview, with a full score of 100 and a qualified score of 60. Those who fail to reach the qualified line will not be hired. 45 yuan, you have to pay the examination fee for the interview.

(4) Physical examination

After the interview, the total score is calculated with the ratio of written test score and interview score accounting for 50% and sorted from high to low, and the list of medical examiners is determined according to the ratio of the number of recruits to the number of medical examiners in each position 1: 1.

Candidates who apply for the position of fireman in the fire brigade must also take a physical fitness test. Only by passing the physical fitness test can you enter the physical examination. Those who fail to pass the medical examination will be disqualified and will be replenished in turn according to the total score. Test standards and topics:

Male: 100m (16 "50), sit-ups (15/ min);

Female: 100m (18), sit-ups (10/ min).

The specific time and place of physical fitness test will be notified separately.

The physical examination is organized by Beichen District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and relevant units. Physical examination items and standards, similar personnel before the introduction of physical examination standards, with reference to the national unified provisions of the civil service recruitment physical examination standards. The medical examination fee shall be borne by the candidates themselves.

The written test scores and interview scores are kept to 1 decimal place respectively, and the total score is kept to 2 decimal places. If the total scores of applicants are tied, resulting in the number of people entering the medical examination exceeding the number of job employment plans, the medical examination personnel shall be determined according to the principle of giving priority to those with the highest written test scores. If there are parallel situations, they will enter the physical examination together.

(5) Investigation

According to the requirements of the post, fully understand the political thought, moral quality, law-abiding, ability and quality of the subject. If there is a vacancy due to unqualified physical examination and inspection, it can be postponed according to the total score, and there is no suitable candidate for the position.

(6) Publicity

After the inspection, the personnel to be hired will be publicized on Beichen Talent Network for 7 days and accept social supervision.

(7) Employment

After the expiration of the publicity period, if there is no problem or the problem does not affect the employment, the employment procedures shall be performed according to the prescribed procedures; Reflect the problems affecting employment and find evidence, and will not be hired; If it is difficult to verify the problems reflected at the moment, the recruitment procedures will be suspended, and then whether to hire or not will be decided after investigation.

Three. Correlation processing and allocation

(a) the wages and benefits of the employed personnel refer to the standards of similar personnel. Details are as follows:
