It's practical and easy to find a job. In a word, I don't think it is difficult to find a job in geology. The key is personal interest and potential. Structure also engages in mining, but if you engage in basin evolution or something, obviously you engage in oil. I think oil is a sunset industry. The best job to find should be regional mineralization, GIS prediction and so on. It depends on what the instructor does. What he does largely determines your graduation destination.

Institute of Geology of Chinese Academy of Sciences may not come out to do research. Many tutors will recommend jobs for you. You can also submit your resume at job fairs in other schools. After all, it is a two-way choice now, and many people go to the metallurgical department of the Ministry of Geology and Mineral Resources. I think the school is better just to find a job.
