The Historical Evolution of Luoyang Railway Information Engineering School

Luoyang Railway Information Engineering School was founded in 1973, formerly known as Luoyang Railway Electrical Engineering School, and was originally affiliated to the Ministry of Railways. In 2005, it was rated as a national key secondary specialized school by the Ministry of Education, and was officially handed over to the Henan Provincial Department of Education for management in 20 1/and1/. More than 10800 professionals have been trained for the society.

The school is located at No.6 Xichun West Road, Chanhe District, Luoyang City, covering an area of 82 mu and a school building area of more than 50,000 square meters. In addition to the teaching building, library, dormitory and other necessary teaching facilities, the school also has a training center building with complete experimental facilities, including audio-visual education center, computer center (including more than 800 microcomputers), 24 laboratories, and the total value of teaching instruments and equipment is17.56 million. The school also has a Gigabit campus network, multimedia classrooms, all-plastic sports ground, volleyball court, tennis court, school heating system and closed-circuit television system, providing students with a good learning and living environment.
