1. Comprehensive Department. Responsible for the daily operation of the department, undertaking secretarial, disciplinary inspection, information, confidentiality, petitions, logistics, archives, informatization, supervision and assessment, news publicity and drafting of important documents; responsible for preparing the department's budget and organizing its implementation. Responsible for organizing and carrying out patriotic health campaigns, vector control, rodent and fly eradication in spring and autumn, and national health city re-evaluation and inspection.

2. Social Security Section. Responsible for filling in employment data, organizing enterprises to participate in various recruitment activities at all levels, determining qualifications for entrepreneurial guaranteed loans and reviewing interest discount applications, applying for high-quality employment villages (communities), identifying and filing college student training bases, and providing job stabilization subsidies for enterprises.

3. Education and health department. Responsible for family planning scholarships, special assistance, premarital and pregnancy examinations, youth health education, etc., and undertake family planning services to enterprises, communities and other public services. Work with the Wuxing District Education Bureau to complete school infrastructure, decoration, maintenance, enrollment, campus safety, off-campus training and management.
