In order to further implement the strategy of "strengthening the region with talents" and optimize the structure of the talent team, it is decided through research that three institutions in Lucheng District of Wenzhou intend to openly introduce 1 10 high-level talents to the society. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:

First, introduce the object and the basic situation

(A) the introduction object

Full-time master's and doctoral students in colleges and universities, some key college graduates and outstanding college graduates can be relaxed to full-time undergraduates in colleges and universities. Specifically divided into the following five categories:

1, Zhejiang household registration (students), full-time master's and doctoral students in colleges and universities (undergraduate education must be full-time undergraduate in colleges and universities), and overseas students are required to announce their institutions to the top 500 in academic ranking of world universities (ARWU) on 20 17 for 7 working days.

Fourth, employment.

Upon the expiration of the publicity period, if there is no objection, the human resources and social security department shall go through the employment procedures according to the prescribed procedures and sign the Employment Contract of Zhejiang Province Institutions. Specific jobs are arranged by the district committee and government, with a minimum service life of five years.

After going through the employment formalities, the non-Lucheng hukou to be introduced must be moved into Lucheng District within 3 months, otherwise the employment relationship will be terminated.
